Comfort Suites Goodyear-West Phoenix

The best thing about this hotel is the location

I did not like the fact that when I went to breakfast the first time the bread area had mold on a few of the items. Another day I walked back from breakfast and was greeted with a cockroach in my room. ( I was switched into another room, not upgraded )

The cleanliness, friendliness of staff, bed was super comfortable, the suite was big, the pool was awesome with a cooling water spray, hot tub was hot, and it’s near many good eateries. Dicks Bbq, Firehouse subs, some Chinese restaurants, and chick filet

I couldn’t stay longer!

Clean, nice breakfast

No TV Guide, no USB-C connections, bathroom water not hot enough, toilet clogging problem, noise outside continuing into late night.

Quiet and good customer service

Need better pillows

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The location was great for our needs. The room was very spacious and well-furnished.

We took advantage of the hot-tub one evening which was very refreshing, but it was concerning that there are no lights in or around the pool or hot-tub at night. Seems like a safety issue!

Pool /. Hot tub out side had a lot of flowers in the water

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and enjoyed the breakfast.

Clean, spacious rooms, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Nicer than many 3 star hotels. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and a great location.

Clean, quiet, complimentary breakfast and central location near Goodyear airport.

Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, kids love the breakfast and pool

Super clean, comfy bed, friendly staff.

It was an in and out late night overnight stay, but I cannot think of a single thing!

My room was located close to the elevator, ice machine and laundromat.

I was charged double for the room. They reimbursed me a work later. I left my phone charger and no one knows ¿¿ what happened to it.

Location Clean Room size Staff

The size of the room was awesome. It was super clean and supplied with everything to make me comfortable.

The breakfast was very small and simple. Even during these uncertain times.

The Suite. The location near Arizona Motorsports Park.

I don't like that housekeeping does not come in daily to make bed, replace towels and supplies like coffee, particularly when I had a 3 night stay.

Location is great. Walking distance to many shops etc.

I felt staff wasn’t that welcoming. Hotel employee  was training new person and he was rude. I wanted a different type of room than I accidentally booked and he wasn’t interested in helping me change. Breakfast was bag with water, apple and snack bar.

Location.

No one attending the breakfast buffet some guests didn’t have food anymore. Toilet was clogged, requested for plunger had to wait for a long time and i had to do it too.

Very clean & most of the staff were great!

Two times I had to stand at the front counter waiting for nearly five minutes for the front desk person to appear.

location to shopping, food, major highway, and breakfast

Friendly, helpful staff; spacious room; larger than usual refrigerator; microwave oven
