Breakfast was filling and room was spacious and comfortable .

The breakfasts were quite good. There was a large variety of options. The staff was very responsive to the needs of the guests.

Room appeared clean. AC functioned very well. The breakfast was good with a lot of decent options.

Tub drained slowly. Hallway dirty and smelled very musty. A lot of police presence on site interviewing guests regarding welfare of guests. When I asked for another room because of it, I was told I could stay sometime else and I shouldn't feel unsafe.

We received great customer service from check-in with hotel employees to departure. Each staff is friendly and very willing to please. We loved the breakfast options and the gal tending it is amazing.

Parking area was kind of cramped. No towels at the pool. And was was not cleaned during the day while we were out.

Worse hotel we have ever stayed inn. Only the breakfast was good and an excellent lady running the breast fast area very helpful and nice.

The rugs were filthy in the hotel. The check in person male needs to attend a communication course on how to talk to customers. Very rude person. The bathroom was in need of repairs grout in the floor tile and a new bathtub.

The room was a no smoking room and it did not smell like smoke! That's a win! The staff were friendly.

Water didn't work only from hot to supe hot to boiling. TV didn't work and they ac didn't work either. They manager was rude and judgmental/prejudice. Absolutely horrible experience.if you are a set style of person they like you will be treated what u pay

This hotel was operated in a very efficient manner. The staff was very cordial and helpful. They made me feel very welcome. The free breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of food items. The coffee was great tasting.

Too many pigeons!!! The other reviews were right! Going up the back stairway was crazy! Pigeons roosting all along the roof line made it unpleasant to walk up the stairs!

We arrived late because of heavy traffic in LA. However, the front desk took about10 minimum to finish the paper work and gave us a room pretty far from the entrance. He didn¿t provide a map showing us where is the room, causing us come back to ask again.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

Drawers in the dresser were hard to pull out and push in.

Fast Wi-Fi, plenty of parking, and OK breakfast.

The rooms need some updates. The air conditioner in my room was very loud, and there were no USB outlets. I don't think there's an exercise room.
