Once in my room, it was ok except for the food crumbs under the desk. The beds were clean and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room worked well.

The hotel lobby had no air conditioning. Fans were blowing warm air around. It was 110+ degrees outside. The employees were uncomfortable & cranky. One guy was verbally abusive to me. The lobby 'store' cooler did not work so they had warm beer for sale.

No waste basket in bathroom, only 1 nightstand with a light, bathroom sink drain did not have a stopper, could hear the room next to us (coughing). Not impressed

My work computer would not connect to the wifi due to privacy / security issues.

It wasn?t the hotel. But upon check in they told me they were sold out and didn?t understand how I was still able to book. It took awhile for me to check in. Luckily there was someone who hadn?t yet checked in, no show and they gave me that room.

$75.00 pet fee and $10.00 parking fee that I was unaware of until check in.

I booked a single queen , but was given a double queen when I checked in. Not a big deal, but not what I paid for

Elevator broken, pancake Machine broken, Price schedules left off in one section forthewinewaterandafewotherthings. When I asked the price it was almost triple retail¿Suspicious. Horriblesoundproofing nosleep.$--- $--- morebecause I was Hilton honors!!!!

The only reason I gave it 9/10 is because there was a parking fee. Room was nice and modern. Clean and close to different restaurants. The breakfast is great they have eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, pancakes

Parking fees should not be charged this should be included with your stay. Especially when the lot is empty.

We travel a lot due to travel baseball. I've stayed in plenty hotels over the years. This one, by far has been one of the best. Front desk was fantastic! The whole hotel is CLEAN and well maintained. Safe parking. Excellent location close to freeway.

Great hotel, wonderful employees, good breakfast, free internet. ONLY 1 down fall, no microwave in the rooms. But the hotel does have a microwave and tables in the main lobby where its very comftable to hang out and eat. I'm assuming safety reasons.

$10 a night for parking doesn't make sense. We only stayed onenigh but we're charged $30. Have to figure out why.

Nothing really the bed bugs and terrible communication that management has ruined it

Found a live bed bugs crawling across the bed and ABSOLUTELY zero was done I had to spend money on the laundry mat to make sure i wasnt just gone bring them into my house not to mention my body being ate up w bites and it's so very uncomfortable

The room was clean and very simple but had all of the amenities that we needed. It was in a quiet location, so not very much noise to wake you in the middle of the night.

Close to shopping and freeway. Convenient for the event we were in town for.

The bathroom door was warped (had to really push to latch it). The roller blinds were stuck so you couldn¿t see out. The TV was set to another language and couldn¿t change.

The staff was amazing. I have never felt more welcome. The room was clean and I had no problems with anything there. I even got there early and they were able to check me in early. Could not have booked a better place.
