SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix Goodyear

I liked everything, from the room amenities and layout. Free breakfast, internet and friendly personal.

several options for breakfast. Nice and clean area. Breakfast area personnel friendly and helpful.

Rooms were very dark. Hotel is understaffed and had to wait a long time to get help when my TV wasn't working.

The sliding door into the bathroom is heavy & difficult open & close. Also, the shower didn't drain, & the manager suggested that I could have simply clean out the hair myself.

The room is great good space nice bathroom

The room could have been cleaner, crumbs in corners of main and bathroom had hair in the drain of the shower.the room and hotel are nice and new just attention to detail matters.

Cleanliness because it's a new built hotel I think. Front dest is hard to reach.

Advatized breakfast included, called comfirmed over the phone. They said yes,but when I got there on Wed,they didn't have hot breakfast.I complained to the front desk, they started serving hot breakfast on weekend. No towels or iron unless I asked for them.

Clean

Nearly all about this hotel was great.

Please put a robe hook in the bathroom. That is the only thing I see a guest could use.

Staff very helpful in trying to assist with any issues...very impressed.

Very clean

The hospitality how nice the staff is very friendly hotel

The thermostat just has issues where it gets hot that’s it and you’re in Arizona

Location, clean

Bathroom could have been cleaner, AC and fridge weren’t cold and we were charged for parking.

Clean friendly staff great accommodations. We had a covered smoking area for those of us to do smoke over I give it a 10 out of 10.

Didn’t have a covered smoking area

Area was great near many shopping areas and restaurants Staff very friendly Quiet hotel and very nice pool Breakfast staff person was amazing

Laundry facilities not working

Very poor

16 teenage boys took over the pool. No supervision, no adult, nothing. We got out of the pool. Ruined our pool time.

The location. Welcoming friendly staff, the breakfast

Thr breakfast was a bit dry. No protection from the sun to enjoy the pool.

Free breakfast bar, the room was CLEAN & BEAUTIFULLY up to date. The beds were soo comfortable

Breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff person was friendly, professional and always refilling trays.

After driving 12 hours, having wonderful experiences in all prior Springhill Suites, we were extremely disappointed to learn that one of our rooms had been dropped and was not available. Instead we were given a left over undesirable room where refrigerator, bathroom exhaust fan, air conditioner etc did not work. When nicely approaching early morning front desk staff the following morning, we were absolutely shocked to discover that our original King Suite from the night before had sat empty!!!! AM staff person was very apologetic and accommodating. We then transferred into our correct room at 9am. The remainder of our visit went well for all family members (3rooms) while attending a family wedding.

Staff was helpful, pretty quiet location. Even though near freeway, we barely heard the traffic.

Comforter had small stain spots and furniture was chipped. Felt very compact in rm.
