Americas Best Value Inn Globe AZ

I checked in, put stuff in the room and went to dinner. When I came back to the motel the room keys didnt work. I was traveling for work at a local event and was so tired. Office had us locked out of room for over an hour. Horrible experience!!

It allows pets. It is somewhat convenient. The price isn't too exorbitant. SOME of the staff is very helpful.

The bed was awful. The shower tile is extremely old looking and therefore also looks dirty. Can't really tell if the issue was age or cleanliness. The Television is extremely small for the size of the room. The remote didn't work when we got there.

Easy to get to.

The hotel, nor the rooms are close to what is pictured. On top of the hotel being run down and still what it was in the 70's, the smoke alarm started beeping as if it had a low battery at 4:26am. The whole experience was awful and I would not recommend.

I just had my first chemotherapy treatment and had to isolate for 7 days... Staff not only got me a very quiet room but he did his very best to be helpful ... Thank you ..

Big room lots of parking space, easy to find

Room was dirty, floor not swept, didn't clean for next day or restock towels etc. Sketchy area, no security, rooms smelled. Bedspreads visibly spiked, I mean wash them every now and then please.

This was the nastiest motel I ever stayed in the toilet had feces all over it and inside the comforter had stains all over it was dirty there was bugs on the floor and there was hair on the door

We stayed two nights we did tell the clerk that we don't need our room cleaned and asked them not to enter the room until check out... That didn't happen we were gone for awhile and upon return we know that they entered the room because the beds were mad

I liked that the apparent manager was very responsive, but that was about it. I had called early in the morning to make sure i could check in as soon as i got off of work and whoever i spoke to on the phone confirmed that i could. This was not the case.

I did not like that i was lied to over the phone about a room being ready for me when I get off work. I arrived at the motel around 6:15am and was told "we are sold out, we wont have your room ready for awhile". i waited another hour but still no room.

Very hot water, and strong water pressure, which is rare for a motel 6.

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean and pleasant room. The price was amazing for the quality of the room and motel.

Toilet had a slow leak. That's it.

Hotel was very clean, quite, staff very friendly. Close to stores and gas station.

The first room they put us in, the door jam was broken, it has obviously been kicked in. The second room they put us in had hairs all on the bed and under the covers. The manager tried to make it right, but bottom line this was not a pleasant experience.

Front desk help did a amazing job....

construction workers staying at the hotel were dirty mouthed and smoking marijuana...

Wood floors.

Given wrong room. Rude about getting right room. NOT handicapped accessible. No soaps, lotions, etc... Dirty linens. No towels. Room was broken into on Sat. Morning. Room ended mybrelationship.

The room we stayed in was in a corner where it was quiet and away from the noise of other guest.

There wasn't enough towels in room and the blankets were very thin.

The staff was very pleasant

There was an over charge that appeared in my account that the staff could not explain but then it disappeared off my account.

Efficient basic accommodation that was easy to find, reasonable in price and comfortable.

Low toilet seats because of some knee arthritis but I did not ask for handicap room. Have been in hotels with much lower seats though.

rooms were upposed to have fridge and microwave, but the staff (very accommodating :) ) had to hunt other rooms to get this for us, and another guest who was checking in at the same time
