Everything was clean, staff friendly

Cons -

the laundry machines could have been cleaned on the insides and one of the machines were out of order. Alot of times cleaners take short-cuts on vacuuming, I recommend thorough vacuuming.
We purchased a king size bed but got 2 queen instead. We were not informed at check in of the change and no changes could be made. Staff asked "is that a problem". It kinda was but she gave me a free drink. Changes like that should be communicated
The ac was not cooking that great. Was warm in the room
