The scenery.
Fitness, swimming pool, and sauna were all closed. Bugs in rooms, secure lock door latch was broken, felt very unsafe.

The bed was way too soft. The restroom sink fixtures looked like they hadn¿t been cleaned.
The location was great
Bathtub was still dirty, the water filled up while taking a shower, and their still hair in the tub when we checked in. Notified staff and said the manager would have to discuss a discount but it was not granted.

Staff not friendly, unorganized, unclean. 1st They checked me into a room that wasn't ready, 2nd a room with a toilet NOT working,and dirty sheets. 3rd a room with unclean comforters. I was NOT sacrificed bad experience.¿¿

Beds were both not comfortable. They need to be replaced or turned over. The TV would not turn on with the remote so we had to manually operate the channels and volume on the TV.
