- We arrived after paying a very high price for the room and was delayed two hours before we could check in because their system was updating.
- WE HAD A HANDICAP ROOM AND WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR THE COMMODE TO BE A TALL HANDICAP STOOL; WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO BEEN ON THE FIRST LEVEL DURING OUR STAY BUT ACCORDING TO THE STAFF NO ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE ON FIRST FLOOR;YET I HAD RESERVED ROOM A MONTH EARLY
