GreenTree Inn and Suites Florence, AZ

It was the worst hotelbI have stayed at. The receptionist was outside with a boyfriend. The room had a bed that mattress was a goner...could feel the wood. No towels and bathtub was rusted. Breakfast was stale. I only enjoyed my coffee.

The entire hotel experience was horrible.

Clean, comfortable, felt safe, great shampoo, conditioner, soap and they had lotion

I like the jacuzzi hot tub rooms.

We arrived after paying a very high price for the room and was delayed two hours before we could check in because their system was updating.

LOCATION WAS MOST IMPORTANT AND FILLED OUR NEEDS; THE HOTEL HAD A GREAT AND SPACIOUS BREAKFAST EACH MORNING; THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PARKING WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR MY CAR

WE HAD A HANDICAP ROOM AND WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR THE COMMODE TO BE A TALL HANDICAP STOOL; WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO BEEN ON THE FIRST LEVEL DURING OUR STAY BUT ACCORDING TO THE STAFF NO ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE ON FIRST FLOOR;YET I HAD RESERVED ROOM A MONTH EARLY

Both mattresses sagging badly. Box springs bent and sagging

The hotel is a little old. But the staff was amazing. They are all working hard to help customers, clean, paint, and maintain the location. It¿s in a smaller town in Arizona. We were visiting the local Greek Monastery and it was the closest place.

Sillly things. Like a damaged piece of furniture before you enter the elevator needs to go. The remote for the tv was lacking technology. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Refused to let us ck in a bit early stating room was not ready, once in room it was obvious no one had stayed in room for a long time, so he lied

Bathroom door was incredibly loud/squeaky; tv was broken; no bathroom linen/towels in room upon check-in.

Nothing. It's just a 3-story motel with a bigger lobby.

BED BUGS! I have red, pussie, swollen scars on my arms, right upper thigh, and scalp. I have cell phone video of them on the bed. Asst mngr moved me to another room, day mngr didn't believe video showed bed bugs. No refund given--disgusting treatment.

Staff was excellent. Anything we needed they were right there. One staff even helped me carry breakfast for my family back to our room. staff checked us in Friday afternoon before we even left as we were not going to be there until early Saturday morn.

Could not get ahold of the front desk from the room phone, but they were always available and helpful when we went down to the front desk.

There wasn¿t any hand soap or shampoo in the containers. Room was supposed to have a couch and didn¿t it had a chair and it wasn¿t even clean there was hair in the bathroom and bathtub

Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, great pool and hot tub with a very cute outdoor seating area and grills. There is always coffee in the lobby and a smile on n the face of the person at the desk, who always had great local suggestions. We loved it!

Staff was very attentive, pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was clean and everything was in good working order. Breakfast was good with excellent variety and the staff in the breakfast area was very pleasant and professional.

The location. I visit my daughter and her family in Florence AZ and the only other option for a hotel is just not an option.

The shower head felt like needles pricking my skin. The shower head was too wide so it soaked the floor. The food in the breakfast tasted terrible. The mattress in the bed sunk into the middle.

I did not like that there was a spotlight outside my 1st floor room that had curtains that did not close. They used Covid to put the hot foods out of reach and failed to actually make them hot. Biscuits were so hats I could not cut then.

Overall liked this hotel, clean bed/bathroom comfy bed good internet speed

Only complaint was they did not have a remote to adjust setting on TV¿

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, room was clean and spacious.

Unfortunately we were misinformed about the hotel shuttle being able to transport someone in a wheelchair. Continental breakfast was lacking in variety. We overheard someone didn't order the breads, ie bread for toast, sweet rolls, waffle makings.
