- Location!
- The character
- The staff at the hotel was great! Service at the restaurant was equally great and the food was tasty. The location of the hotel is perfect.
Cons -
- Covers, were extremely thin. With cold weather, we expected at least a few more blankets.
- Steam lines hammering (water hammer). If not familiar sounds like someone smacking pipes with a hammer. From 7pm to unknown (went out in search of dinner). Started again at 6:30 am and hammered until 8:30 ish.
- Anyone booking this hotel must remember that it is a historic hotel which means the rooms and bathrooms are smaller. This also means that there are fewer outlets to charge your hair dryers, phones, etc.
