Wyndham Flagstaff

Decent sized, comfortable unit with big kitchen; nice complex

Unit was dark (limited daytime light); furniture and paint colors are from the 2000s and need to be updated; heater was noisy when it starts; very low shower and sink water pressure at all times (maintenance said there was nothing they could do about it).

Nice to have the extra space

We had to listen to a timeshare pitch. When we got to the condo it had not been cleaned. we were told to wait for housekeeping - we asked for a different room - they said none available - when we pressed they moved us. Trailer in our parking spot.

The staff were welcoming, the room was clean, the amentities/clubhouse were a nice perk.

Our room was not ready at check in time, the there is no sound proofing in the room, the mattress was extremely broken down/old, very disappointing for this type of hotel. Our balcony faced the street instead of the forest area like most rooms.

The layout of the condo was very comfortable and it was well stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the clubhouse!

Everything was great except the cable TV didn't have any good channels and quiet time rule was silly.

This is a time share property. As a result, the rooms are spacious with full kitchens and all the amenities, e.g., living areas, washer/dryer. etc. Great for spreading out for the whole family. Loved it. Staff was incredibly helpful.

Everything was great. I was worried with traveling during covid. The room was clean, and had everything provided that you could possibly need. The neighborhood was quiet and adjacent rooms were quiet as well.

The room we received was not the room on your website. It was a smaller room with a porch rather than a balcony.

The mattress was well used and could have been firmer.

Location

No daily maid service. You are on your own after you checkin. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so i suppose you could do your own towels and sheets. Only enough coffee for one day. Hotel try's to sell you a time share.

Overall excellent. Location, condo, staff - all five star. I'll visit again soon. Don't eat at nearby Oakmount Restaurant. They will serve you raw pork tenderloin - even a second time after you send it back. ECK!

Late check in at 4pm and early check out at 10am.

It was a basement suite with children bouncing balls upstairs. The bed was so bad we ended up sleeping on a chair and oouch. The electrical outlets were so old our plugs fell out of the wall and we couldn't charge our phones. Took 1/2 hour to check in,

I like that it was nearby an lake that had a hawk nest high up in a tree!!

Felt like one was in a neighborhood, no one above or below, just duplex style condos.

We had a disruptive guest(s) next door, forcing us to leave at 2:00 am ,before our vacation was over, very disappointing.

Location was great, unit design was good.

Stairs to walk down into unit, and noisy from the unit above us.
