Front desk .they are all polite.

Railroad track is close and busy. If they provide ear plug like sope and shampoo, I believe people likes this hotel more.

Friendly staff, interesting guests (one of whom was traveling/hiking) the entire length of the Arizona Trail from the AZ border with Mexico to the terminus near the Utah state-line! Also, very friendly & accommodating staff both in the evening & morning.

Very noisy neighbors in the adjacent room (in room 202 I think) who were loud and noisy until very late that evening and then loud and noisy again by about 5:00 am the following morning!

It was noisy from the location, thin walls and other patrons. It also had a faint smell of cigarettes even though its non smoking.

We came in a off season time.so the pruce was good. Simple breakfast, bagels, oatmeal, maffins. Orange juice in mini packages which is convenient to carry. Easy walk to reception. Nice place.

The.sink was plugged in the room and they said no other room.avainalable. eventually the handyman came fixed it as he lives there.

Staff member who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and quiet, looked recently updated. Great stay!

We checked in at 9:30 PM because we couldn?t find another hotel at that time. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The bedsheets were dirty, with hair on them, and the floor was very muddy. The train noise was so loud we couldn?t sleep.

Location, bed was ok.

Breakfast is realy basic...water would be great.

Staff was friendly was easy to get in and out. Older hotel but was worth it for me.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ac was nice and cold.

The train noise is a bit loud. The TV is tiny. The construction workers were loud most of the night and drinking outside their door. If they were more controlled, it would be a nice stay.

this location is better than the one in Phoenix since there are many of homeless people.

The staff and the location is prime. We stay at this hotel every vacation we take in Flagstaff. We know we could pay more but why would we? We love the location.

The Wi-Fi is not great unless you stay next to the office. How do I know this because my we had great Wi-Fi when we were there in October next to the office and I was able to stream Netflix this vacation no Netflix no Wi-Fi.

I just traveled cross-country and stayed at a lot of budget motels, and this was by far the best. It's nothing flashy but the room was clean and spacious, staff was extremely friendly, and the location was very convenient.
