    Pros +

    • The friendliness and helpfulness of staff. After booking and staying there for a day, learned my nephew is friends with owners son. They weren’t aware of this connection either so their treatment of us as guests wasn’t due to that connection
    • Location
    • Was recently remodeled. Clean room with new everything!

    Cons -

    • No. It was clean, quiet and located close to our relatives place, making it very convenient
    • The towels were dirty, the bed sheets had yellow piss stains, free breakfast was old and nasty, coffee sucked and when I addressed the laundry with staff he said “sorry, my housekeeper is old”
    • Walls are thin. Not as bad as some hotels, but can still hear neighbors.

Cleanliness, staff presence, room renovations (A+), close to cheap gas stations, easy laundry & ice access. Enough space to use my food processor in the room to make snacks for hiking. Excellent value for cost!

Walls are thin. Not as bad as some hotels, but can still hear neighbors.

    Hotel was close to downtown

Crew tossing debris into dumpster, stacks of old toilets in the walkways, Mattresses piled up in the lot. We got a tiny room with a small dirty window. Bathroom doors rolling "barn style" that do not close, leaving huge gaps and pooping on display for all

Very clean! The front desk gentleman, was very courteous and helpful! I will return to this property!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was in flagstaff for medical emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible during this stressful time for me.

Online it says children 17 and under free(as they should be) I booked online once I arrived they said oh it?s $15 per child. I showed them what their website said and they didn?t have anything to say. Do not stay here unless you want to be scammed.

Hotel was close to NAU, and the bed was comfortable.

Pillows were flat, doors stick and were hard to open/close. This particular hotel charges by how many guests and not per room. Walls were thin as you could hear all the outside activity all night long.

We had key card issues several times, we had to request towels so that the 3 of us had towel each. It was a 2 queen bed room. There is no vent fan in the bathroom but a window.

There was nothing good to say regarding this hotel room

This room was unacceptable. It was filthy. There were not covers on the beds, only blankets that were absolutely disgusting. I was afraid to touch them. The room was boiling hot. When I turned on the air, it shook the entire floor and beds. Horrible!!!

The location is close to shopping and down town.

The motel itself. We spent $--- a night in a renovated motel. We were price gouged because of some event in town that weekend. Any other time, $--- would have given us way better literal hotel with amenities.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-20-2022

    The room was clean.

It was difficult to open the door. We had to play with it to open it every time we left the room. The maid opened the door even after I repeatedly told her we were still there.

    Family suite

Advertised breakfast and was no breakfast. Hotel up charged a 24.00 resort fee when arrived because I bought online . Would have been cheeper to buy straight from hotel . This was punishment for buying online to offset the money they lost

The receptionist upgraded our room for free at check in, which we supper appreciated!

    3LinoPosted on: 1-1-2022

Just that it was closer to the Grand Canyon

That they used window units for cool air or heat which didn¿t work so well in the cold. And that it cost extra if you have more than 2 people for 2 beds.

    6LynnPosted on: 11-29-2021

Lady at front desk was awesome they over booked our room so she moved thing around

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-12-2021

    Location to old town

Charged additional fee, no breakfast, room was very small, motel was sketchy at best, bar of soap was 1inch by 1inch. For $--- a night was definitely not worth it.

    3ShantaPosted on: 10-7-2021

The front desk staff was friendly.

Cleanliness and bathroom ceiling caved in. Poorly patched up.
