Econo Lodge Flagstaff East I-40

The bed was worn out and noisy. The mattress was basically nonexistent . The floor was dirty, the bathroom floor, filthy and the tub had long hair in it. The door to the unit fits so poorly we had to deal with bugs and moths from outside all night long

Old, bubbling walls, no heat or cool. Bad tv burns on curtains, couldn’t get out fast enough and --- was outrageous

Location was excellent.

The bed was a 6 inch mattress on a steal frame. The most uncomfortable thing I have ever laid on.

Person at check-in was short and not very polite. The bed was not comfortable and the floors were dirty. There was paint peeling on the walls. I would rate this as a 1 star hotel and will not stay there again.

Great location easy access to the freeway.

People up stairs room stumping around. Street action going in an out all night. Drug dealers argument

Peeling paint on the walls. Could be cleaner. The TV wouldn’t shut off. No breakfast that was promised. Coffee maker didn’t work.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

No good sleep due to very loud pipes when guests in other rooms took showers & when guests went in and out of their doors they creaked and squeaked then slammed shut. Both noises were heard through the walls all during the night and early in the morning.

The size of the room. The refrigerator and microwave.

I was scared to go outside my room. There were some unsightly people that had moved chairs outside our window and were talking and laughing loudly into the night. We requested room change, but the hotel was sold out due to holiday weekend.

The person that worked at the front desk was rude

No hot water in the shower TV remote don't work AC not cold enough

The front desk lady was not very friendly. But she was efficient got my in 2 mins. No breakfast.

No Fast Internet, Laundromat Doesn't work, Skeptical Parking/Location. Getting Fresh Towels will be a problem. Minimal Grab and Go BF. Constant Disturbance, BedBugs possible, Room was mid clean . Fridge leaked every room they gave me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The location easy access to the freeway

So many homeless people walking around drugs dealers selling all through out the night people walking around in front of your room

The front desk is very indifferent. The sheet was not clean, which caused a skin rash problem. What made it more horrible is there was a dead spider in one of the two beds. Never experienced this type of attitude and cleanness problem.

Price

Air conditioner is ready for the junkyard. TV isn't far behind. Bed mattress will be next.

The easy check in

The bathroom was dirty, wall paper peeling off. doors were dirty towels had stains TV wouldn't power off . comforter was wrinkled hope iit was washed .the pool was drained, the door.to the room next door creaked very loud. There was only two towels.

Almost nothing to like. Spacious room and proximity to highway and Walmart were the only positive.

Extremely dirty room. Used towels still present. Old hair found in various locations. We basically didn’t want to touch anything and the floor was grimy. No hot water night of arrival. Lukewarm water upon day of departure.

Front desk people were very courteous and friendly.

The mattress was horrible. My back hurt so bad it took me awhile to recover.

For price & location in Flagstaff, AZ you can't beat this. It should be sold-out every day. You get good working cable TV, hot shower/bath, AC/Heater. Rooms have mini-coffee makers, soaps, shampoo, conditioner. Maintenance is awesome! Free breakfast too!

Leaving

Everything in the hotel was outdated, remote to the tv did not work, the gap from the floor to the door was big with the conjoining room. Every light switch cover, plugin, phone was from a smokers room, they were yellow. Bathmat was gray not white.
