It was an adjoining room the neighbors where not with us and they were very loud until dark

Cleanliness

The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. At over $--- a night, they can afford better quality mattresses. The floor would have been softer to sleep on.

The location was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The put us in a accessible room. The showered head was held up by a golf tee. Didn?t affect us, but if you needed the accommodation it wasn?t available.

This hotel is very clean and very welcoming and inviting.I have stayed at this hotel several times and feel safe.

When I checked in the staff member who helped me never told me her name or asked me how I was. I just feel that's important. When I checked out I asked for a receipt and the same thing happened. The man at the desk never asked me how I was or was friendly

We recently spent two nights at this facility and had an overall very positive experience. The staff members were interested in providing a high-level of hospitality for their guests.

Allowing smoking in the outdoor pool area is a huge bummer for the kids swimming

The road noise in our room was unbelievably loud. We were woken up constantly all the night by cars accelerating up the on ramp to I-40. Would definitely not stay there again & risk getting a room on that side of the hotel again. Hotel was very clean.

Great free breakfast, clean premises and friendly staff. Checking in and out was super fast and easy.

Parking is a challenge; you have to park in lots away from the hotel which are not easily seen.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. Staff were courteous and friendly. Safe parking. Clean room. AC worked great.

We enjoy staying at Hampton

The pet potty area was too dirty to take my service dog to. Water bottles (I picked up myself) del taco trash & cigarette butts everywhere. trash can in the middle of such a small place with big rocks was not what I would, or have, experienced at Hampton.

Front desk staff is very friendly. Location is great for visiting NAU. Free parking. AC works very well. Quiet location.

Parking lot is a labyrinth. Beds had a pad so we¿re crunchy. Pillows were lumpy and too soft. Trash from previous tenants were found under sink. Hot breakfast was cold. Housekeeping bangs on doors at 10:55AM even though check out is at 11AM.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helped us find a hiking spot. Breakfast was good. Hotel room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.
