- The staff in the morning was pleasant.
- The breakfast was fine since I don't eat alot but the breakfast room was clean and the food selection was fine. I enjoyed the breakfast attendant's cheeriness and helpfulness with information about the Hotel and surrounding area. Her name is Falu and if I come to stay there again, I would very much look forward to seeing her again.

Cons -
- Everything!!! The room was dirty and the door did not shut easily. The man who checked us in was lazy, had bad body odor, and not welcoming! The area was sketchy and I did not feel safe. I would never stay at this place again.
- It would be nice to have an updated indoor pool area. It looked bleak and I decided not to use it. It would have been nice to have a dedicated area for dogs.
- Staff needs to check room clocks to insure the alarms don't continue to go ogg at 5:00 a.m. if there's no one in the room to turn it off. Otger than that, we love staying here.
