The person at the reception was kind and helpful, also another friendly person when leaving. Good breakfast. Clean room.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, walls were paper thin. I could hear the people above me as though they were in my room. Parking lot is dimly lit and no visible signs to let you even know you are at the right place

Easy location, parking, and decent-sized room. Great oatmeal cookies and Avalon water machine for guests.

Bed was too soft with too many small (also soft) pillows.

Excellent location just off the I-40. Walmart & Chic-Filet very close by to find some food and bring it back to the room. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Beautiful dining area with a fireplace and woodwork that is used for breakfast.

Just that the entrance to the lobby and checkin wasn?t identified with a lighted sign. Wasn?t sure we were at the right place..

Good location in Flagstaff. Close to Walmart if you need food. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant lounge area for breakfast and sitting around in the evening. It was our second visit and enjoyed the first visit to come back again.

It is an old hotel. In need of upgrades. Not the cleanest but just acceptable. King bedroom has plenty of space. Toilet and wash hand basin are separate making for an easier time if you have two people sharing

Best hotel for the price I've ever seen. Clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Room heating/cooling system was quickly responsive. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast was great. Fireplace was a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing negative to say. The luggage carts sure do a number on the hallway walls. I feel bad for the maintenance person but you can tell they keep up with repairs.

The staff, cleanliness, dogs are welcomed and the breakfast they served. They also have a common room that is so cozy and relaxing. This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. Every time Im in Flagstaff Im going to stay there.

It¿s an older hotel. No USB outlets. Not especially clean. Poor breakfast compared to many hotels.

The location is super convenient and easy to find. The front desk folks were fantastic to work with and had our reservation ready immediately when we arrived. We enjoyed the open room for breakfast and relaxing in the evening.

While the breakfast had many good options we enjoyed, I didn't care for the eggs or sausage very much. I'd recommend a bit of an upgrade to these, if possible. My kids didn't like anything except the cereal. We also smelled some smokers outside.

The breakfast buffet, I would rate well above average. In addition to other offerings, eggs available and coffee was good

Two things, first the sound, virtually no insulation whatsoever. Second, the room key card just getting into the room required a level of finessing that was inappropriate. Finally figured it out. This was an issue last time I stayed at this Comfort Inn

The hotel was in a great central location. Room was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good!

The outside of the toilet was not clean: scuff marks and hairs were there. The floor was not completely vacuumed around the furniture.
