Staff was friendly, check in and check out was a breeze.

Everything about this hotel is old and outdated. The room we stayed in felt like an old basement - dirt and cobwebs in all the hard to reach places, of which there are MANY. Also, it seems their solution to everything is just to paint over it.

Friendly staff, actually called me ahead of getting there to be sure I was still coming. Room was very clean and warm.

Only odd thing was the shower set up, the heat dial was backwards to its operation, and the drain couldn?t keep up with the water speed so it started to overflow the little shower lip.

Customer service was super excellent.

The hotel would be perfect if they had an outlet or EV charger.

We were able to check in very late

TV didn't work, bed too hard, the kitchenette didn't have dishes

There was no toilet paper dispenser. The sink in the mini-kitchenette was clogged and unusable.

Currently renovating the hotel so they were working on rooms next to us until late evening. Stairs needed repair and in spots were uneven, really had to be careful in areas. We also had someone wandering around our vehicle late in the evening. Dark parking lot so security is a concern.

Property was easy to get to, very clean, and a comfy bed, Texas Roadhouse 5 min walk away was a awesome feed

We stayed on ground level and we could hear everything from the upstairs room, need to invest in some sound proofing

I liked that they gave me a ground floor room when asked. I was traveling with my elder parents and close to the office. Thank you for that. Safety of my parents is #1.

The slow drain in the shower. Also the shower curtains could have been a little longer especially since the water wasn't draining.

Quick off of the interstate, very reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff. I was driving across the country on a very tight budget and this hotel was easily the best of the four I stayed at.

The location was good. Only 7 minutes away from downtown right on Route 66. No issues with the key card the whole time.

The property is old and worn looking. The room had no towels when we first came in. When we did get towels, they were tiny. We wanted to check in a few hours early and they wanted to charge us $20 more, so we declined.

Nothing.. called ahead to mention we were arriving late and got confirmation to ring bell and someone would come and check us in. We rang the bell and no one ever came. Got an email from booking .com saying we owe a fee for not checking in.

The fact no-one came to the door after many attempts of calling to get checked in and ringing of door bell!!
