This small motel is across the street from Northern Arizona University and minutes from Lowell Observatory. The motel offers free on-site parking and guest rooms with free internet access. - Very clean, very acomadating and great location.

Cons -
- No space for guests to park if you're meeting someone.
- Booked a room w/ 2 queen beds. On the small side compared to other places we stayed. Little things like the hair dryer not working and the fridge freezing our food (despite being on a lower setting) were frustrating. Seemed a bit expensive given all this.
- not pet friendly at all. lucky we didnt bring our pooch. pillows are too big and kinda hard. it is a simple room but worth the lower rates compared to most other options.
