Broken chair in room, cushion broken in chair, very dated, parking felt unsafe with what look like homeless people around

Lock unfunctional. Staff had to break window so I could get in.

Horrible grounds layout and no elevator. HVAC nearly impossible to regulate

Staff was very accommodating and kind.

Our last night there was significant noise by other guests running up/down stairs outside our room. At 4AM loud voices, and construction type noise started (banging, dropping things outside).

Room was large. Bed was comfy. Lots of parking. Breakfast was good.

The hot tub was closed - maybe for the season?? Fall and Winter is when you hot tub.

Comfortable room, bed and pillows. Clean. Free hot breakfast. Convenient location to many stores. Not too far from Sedona either. Very pleased all around. No complaints.

No elevator, but only 2 stories, so we managed fine.

Nope. It¿s an older decorated room but large and adequate for sleeping and showering.

Breakfast. Accomadate me by move me to another room due to bed bugs.

Bed bugs in first and 2nd room. Management stated I was lying even though I had a eye that was swollen. If u was lying why did they move me. Manager not on the property when this occurred. Never stay there ever. Worst hotel experience ever.

Courteous and professional staff. Room cleanliness great. Quiet.

Design

For me personally the bed is too soft , very hard to move in it as I sunk into the mattress and felt lumps . Thankfully there was a chair with a foot stool I used to sleep on . I could not get to the breakfast before it closed at 9:00 a.m .

Very lovely place to stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating, everything clean and well maintained. Patio and pool are excellent, full breakfast, and close to many attractions.

The room was tiny and we were climbing all over each other

The TV cable was not connected, but they relocated us to a different room that was connected, so they made up for it.
