We truly enjoyed the breakfast. Hot breakfast was excellent and delicious. Waffles and oatmeal was,an enjoyable treat.

I would have like a more variety of fruit. E.g. bananas, maybe some grapes.

It’s clean and staff are friendly.

Sometimes can hear the sound from other room.

We love staying here when we travel to AZ. Jordan is so warm and welcoming no matter what time of the day we check in and lets me pester here with all my questions and request. Clover and our favorite breakfast bar lady add to a pleasant stay. A great team of Staff members who go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Came in to see my mother who lives in Cottonwood. Location was very close to where she lives so it was very convenient. Requested a first floor room and was accommodated. Staff was great. Got several texts throughout the stay asking if everything was going well. Room and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing. We showed up late night and the woman at the front desk was so pleasant. The lady working the breakfast bar was amazing as well! The building felt/looked brand new. The room was comfortable and clean.

The shower could use a deeper cleaning on the floor pan. The water pressure was not great.

It is in a convenient location. The property is well managed. It is clean and very comfortable. There are little things that made it excellent. For example , plenty of trash cans , convenient carts for luggage , lots of tables & space in the lobby . The decor was really nice !

The great customer service. We stay here monthly due to the wonderful Staff. Jordon is amazing and it makes my day when I walk in and see her behind the desk. Clover and Vinisha were so helpful this last trip! Needed something and they were right on it !

Clean facilities, welcoming staff, great gym &equipment. The complimentary breakfast was more than what we expected. Great selection of coffees as well.

we like the waffles at breakfast. The bed was good.

coffee machine was broken at breakfast. Also the comforters on the bed are too hot with them on and it is too cold without cover. I would suggest putting a blanket in the rooms for cover if someone wants them.
