Customer Service and Housekeeping were excellent. Hotel employee was fantastic.

Great beds and extra large tv's.

The breakfast! Horrible! Coffee, tea and instant oatmeal. That’s it! The write-up for this hotel specified that breakfast was offered. It did not say that it was a continental breakfast or light meal offerings. This was false advertisings.

None of the electrical socket works. Can't charge our mobile phones. Some of the lamps are too huge and some doesn't work. No breakfast only oatmeal. No coffee or tea. For the room price paid, this hotel is a rip-off.

The bed mattress was like a rock.Had a bad odor to ithe lamps and the chairs were oupdated.I would not recommend this place

The room was large and the floor plan was decent

Dated, table in the room was unstable, bed was VERY uncomfortable; could feel the springs in the mattress, no extra pillows, only decaf coffee in the room, the vending machine had no water, lobby door was locked at night. had a "bell", no one answered

Hotel is advertised to serve breakfast, but it doesn't. Furniture in the room are at end-of-life state, carpet has bad smell, bathroom needs upgrade and as well hot water spa was not working. Wifi sucks, speed is super slow, and it frequently disconnects.

Clean, nice, had everything we needed.

Nothing I can think of. There are cheaper motels, but they are not as nice. There are nicer hotels/motels but they are expensive. This Super 8 is mid-price but very nice. Not a great breakfast but something.

It was not clean the tub looked like it was going to cave in. The furniture was old , I hope I didn?t catch anything in the bed

Advertises breakfast... Breakfast included only coffee, tea, and oatmeal. Not very exciting for the $$

A restaurant was right across the street.

Looked old. 2 different paints on the same wall. Breakfast didn¿t open until way late. Overall for a Wyndham associated hotel I would think it would be in better repair and have an overall better presence.

It was ready when we arrived

The room said no smoking, but it literally smelled like smoke the entire time. The guest next door had their TV blasting all night, and even though the staff tried to get him to turn it off, he didn't comply.

The room had a mini fridge and microwave...very clean and comfortable

Woman who checked us in was great!!!

Breakfast was only coffee and oatmeal. Not a single thing more. Also, seemed to be a facility for less fortunates. Every time we went outside or returned, we got to listen to gent 3 doors down hacking and coughing while smoking. He never went anywhere.

Blamed Covid for no breakfast when they said it was included...and no housekeeping unless you stay 1 week due to covid. Never again...rude staff....very rude...

Staff

Room was clean but vent in bathroom hanging down exposing ¿attic¿/wiring; plug outlets were loose and my plug ins would not stay in sockets. Free breakfast posted on site but nothing was available, and ice machine only available in lobby.

High price for low level accommodations Bugs in room. Unclean shower and shower head. Insufficient toiletries.
