House keeping needs better attention. Front desk staff needs to be more honest when posting incidental payments to room when paying in cash. Should also give customer receipt after paying for incidentals in cash.

Hotel feels like it?s practically new, clean, great size room, great breakfast!!

The room was spacious. Whoever designed the showers finally has some common sense!!! The handle to open the water is on the opposite side of the shower head so you don?t have to get wet while you run the water to set up the temperature. THANK YOU!!!

A very solid choice if traveling to this area, helpful staff, clean room with fridge and microwave, room safe, nice bed and bathroom, solid free breakfast.

Sound insulation not up to par. Would be better with a better "light barrier" between desk and the bed, so one can work while the other sleeps.

New construction, modern, great design and room layout. If facing the back it isn't too noisy, except the main A/C unit that cools the building itself. That was extremely loud in the room. Would stay again in a different room.

Everything was wonderful! Staff, pool, outside area, room, clean.

The only complaint is the pool was dirty, full of bugs.

Comfortable, good breakfast, quiet, felt safe, upon arrival bathroom sink was found to be stopped up but they fixed it next morning. Great stay here!!

Location of the property is just excellent with the neighbourhood and easy accessibility

The same problem with Marriott Bonvoy Hotels. Rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis. Since the management has decided to service the rooms alternate days only guest have to be careful to raise the issue with the front desk for getting fresh towels, linen and removal of trash.
