- Location, Kudos to the breakfast room staff they made sure guest were good and the food was sufficient

- The unprofessional front desk staff, tattered, stained furniture, unclean musty smelling room, trash under pullout couch, stained mattresses , dirty environment .
- dirty dirty dirty...used bar of soap in bathroom. dirty used coffee filter w old grounds in coffee pot. dirty spoons in drawer ...awful!
- smoke alarm beeped every 30 seconds. notified front desk they had no maintenance on duty told me to reach up and disconnect it. I cannot reach 8 ft they had no ladder had to wait until noon the next day for a manintence man to arrive. no sleep
