Everything. This hotel is fantastic for a family wanting to stay together. The condo offers 3 rooms (one of them a loft with a pull out bed) and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is very quiet yet lots of great restaurants are in the area.

The two level town homes are excellent value with lots of privacy for a family of 4, including multiple TVs. Quiet convenient location with washers and dryers and a hot tub for each unit. Kitchens are very well equipped.

The whopping charge of 250.00 for a dog even if you are only staying a couple of nights. There should be a reasonable daily charge per animal, the most we have ever paid elsewhere for our tiny well behaved Pug is 25.00 per day.

Spacious, quiet, lovely accommodations such as the two pools, private jacuzzi off the master bedroom, and the beautiful views of the mountains all around us!

Can't think of anything we didn't like. It's our 2nd year in a row and we loved it even more this time because we knew the lay of the land.

Hidden gem! Will be coming back soon!! Staff was super friendly and helped with all my needs.

Bathroom counter space is pretty tiny. Probably the only thing anyone could complain about.

Perfect location! It's right at the base of Black Mountain which is perfect for hiking and also close enough for walking to everything in town. Villa was very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Outdoor pool area is great!

Everything about this place is incredible! From the clean pools, to the wildlife. The Casita was the nicest I've ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, pillows, great set-up.

The pet fee was unexpected. I missed it so completely my fault but that was steep.

Spacious villa, privacy with courtyard patio, pools & outdoor fireplace in the evening.

Only one complaint. They need to replace the king mattress. We slept in two valleys, so chose to sleep on the queen in the 2nd bedroom.

No breakfast, but full kitchen for us to have & prepare our own food(s). Great location. Hot tub for the unit was clean & nice added feature. Clean, lots of room.

Parking was a little off. Lighting (bulbs used throughout the unit) were "florescent" cold feel, warmer hue bulbs would make a positive feel change. No coffee (caffienated) in room

Very clean and well kept. Beds were amazingly comfortable, slept great. Fully stocked with what we needed for our stay. Close to town.

Bathroom could use an update.

Close to a lot of amenities and local hangouts. The private hot tub was fantastic!

I wish there were more options for Lyft or Uber's in that area.

Gorgeous property. We felt safe and love that it is right in the middle of town. If you like to walk - perfect place to park and walk to shopping and restaurants

The only thing that I can think of - is If the rooms had Keurigs instead of coffee pots.

Doors did not lock properly. Brought to attention of maintenance and they did not think we should be concerned. Front door and door from master bedroom to hot tub would not lock. If I were owner I would like to know that the unit would be properly locked at all times.

Location was close to everything.

The bathrooms! Too small, no place to put anything, doors were in the way!Walking around at night, especially to parking lot, there was not enough lights. Very dangerous!

location was good and parking outside the front door was good. pool and hot tub area were small but well kept. walking distance to restaurants.

a little dated furniture and decor. from the outside one of our party thought it looked like a prison!
