People were excellent. Friendly and helpful.

Bed is not great.

The staff was great, very helpful and friendly!

The hotel is dirty and lacks basic upkeep of the facilities and linens.

Breakfast sucked, very noisy everywhere, no elevator, sink was right by the bed, not in the bathroom. Way below the usual standards for a Best Western.

This was OK for a place to just spend the night and head out the next morning as I did.

Breakfast was terrible-no syrup for waffles, no milk for cereal, "juices" were just sugar water. I could hear people talking all the way down the hall or TV on in the next room even though the volume wasn't very high. Pool was closed for health reasons.

The room was clean

When making the reservation we were not told that there was no elevator on the premises. There were no rooms on the first floor which then required us to have to climb the stairs with all of our luggage. Caused physical harm to one traveler.

Really nice staff, very helpful. The room was great, bed very comfortable

Staff was amazing!! Super friendly and accomodating. We got one of the last rooms they had for the weekend after checking out of the horrid place we were before.

Noisy in the morning but hey it can't be all roses all the time.

The rooms were nice, updated and clean. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Overall nice hotel & good location.

Pool was tiny and inside Jacuzzi was out of order Breakfast was very small. Packaged Hostess products which were ok .

Bugs on sidewalk and on stairs going up to room ...seems there would be someone to clean that up somewhat..gross..they said they had shuttle to concert at 530...butended up to really be after 6..wasn't going to wait when place is only 5 minutes away

Location.

The roof had holes leaking water. Buckets lined along hallway (unsafe). Front staff said 20% off meals in town. Restaurant I visited never heard of it. People smoking outside hotel looked pretty rough.

Nothing was trying to rest for the night. All other places were booked

Room smelled of cigarettes. Stains on the floor. Full grown bed bug in the sink. We left. Don't stay here

I chose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub and it did not disappoint. The lady at the front desk was super sweet. The location is very quiet and has plenty of dining choices within walking distance. Room was very clean and had nice,thick towels.

The location was good with good access to get to where we wanted to go.

The bed was a little hard and the mattress did not give the support that is comfortable.

Not real clean, first two rooms were very smokey and finally had to get the handicap room due to the very strong smoke odor. These hotels need to enforce the no smoking rules. If they're it that's fine but they Are a no smoking hotel.

Customer Service....not so much about not honoring request for a double bed room but the manner in which she did was unprofessional to say the least.

Staff. The lady that was there 8/1/15 was extremely rude. I think owners are husband and wife the wife was extremely. Rude. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and she gave me one only. When i told her about her she was mad at me and was very rude.

Room smelly, no A/C running. Temp outside was 106. Shabby carpets. Did not risk breakfast. Exorbitant price for no value. Never stay at motel 8 again.
