Very friendly and competent front desk staff, all tableware was washable-no throwaway plastic, paper or styrofoam.

The hot breakfast items were always cold and not flavorful.

I didn?t like that they only clean the rooms every other day. I?m staying at a hotel cause I don?t want to clean. This is the only reason my rating was not a 10

The modern features were so welcome. The entire hotel was clean and new. The staff couldn¿t have been friendlier or more helpful. The location was mere blocks from the family we can to visit. Finally, the breakfast was a great mix of hot and cold.

So noisy!! For a newly constructed building, it is shocking that I could hear everything going on in the room next to me...tv, making coffee, talking, etc. Also the outside noise was louder than any other hotel we've stayed at on this trip.

Nice exercise room, and everything was good quality.

The sleeper couch mattress was a little stiff. Maybe a pad would help. Still, it was much better than some other sleeper couches. Some people would prefer self-serve hot food at breakfast instead of an employee serving it; opinions will differ.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are great, I Love having a kitchen in the room . Good breakfast served every morning in the lobby.

Everything all at one - it's an AWESOME place to stay - if my new construction home in AZ wasn't everything I wanted, I would live in the Homes2 Sweet hotel - it's that great.

Location was good. The breakfast could’ve been better. My suite was spacious. The bed smelled of urine. Addressed to front desk asked for refund. Have yet to receive the refund. The facility property was clean and nice. Like to say the same about the bed.
