Price point was reasonable for the hotel.

The photos give the impression that the facility is in better shape than what it really is. A lot of noticeable patch work or unmaintained deterioration. The couch in the room had significantly visual stains. I wasn't expecting 5-stars, just decent.

The location only.

No wifi for first 2 days. Staff member insisted it was something on my end, but when Cox came the wifi worked like it should have. The furniture was old and worn. No ADA bars in the slippery bathtub/shower. Signs of rust on towel racks.

Staff were very nice and helpful.

The sink and tub drains were clogged, it was noisy as the hotel is near the free way.

The grass area was great for our dog.

Older, needs updated and cleaned.

Clean rooms, looks good, smells good, clean fresh sheets, Really friendly staff, good breakfast at the hotel, Black Bear Diner in parking lot, waffle house super close, right next to the freeway.

They started charging for things you normally don't get charged for. Early check-in fees & late checkout. I asked for a late check out & they said you can get 1/2 hour free, otherwise, you pay more and more for each extra hour. That's pretty ridiculous.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

They overbooked so we did not get the room we wanted until 1 came available. Hot tub and pool were filthy, no maintenance was done to them the week we were there.

Super friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The free breakfast included waffles, which was great!

It's really minor, but a local channel list would be nice. I do like that the TV doesn't display some persistent ad for the hotel chain, but I had to scroll through the guide for a while to get to the local channels to see the weather.

is close to the interstate?

Bad neighborhood I never did feel safe lots of unsavory characters hanging around, would not recommend it if anything no more than two stars at the very most

I asked for 2 rooms next to each other in advance and same day and was still placed on opposite ends

The staff was lovely. They were very accommodating. But our room was located on the backside of the Hotel facing a freeway. So when you opened the door, you immediately heard very loud, swooshing, traffic noises that seemed to be coming from everywhere.

The air conditioner was old and very noisy It was mounted in the wall just beneath the drapes. The front cover was broken and hung down on the side. If you closed the front cover it would just fall back down. The noise interrupted our sleep.

Staff is pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms and lobby. Close to freeway. We stayed here because it's close to the surgical center. Very convenient, close to restaurants and services. Surprisingly quiet in our room.

Convenient to our venue, easy access, friendly staff that solved our problem, nicely appointed.

Toilet clogged no plunger had to w2 go 2 front all night paid $391 for a total of 4 nights at first I was told I couldn't move rooms mainten came 14 hours later w4 phone calls and he got very loud n vocal w my friend and I requested a Manger n got nothing

All rooms are newly remodeled. Huge grass area for your pets right outside of the pet friendly rooms.

Beds could be a tad bit more comfortable.

Complimentary waffles and breakfast bar was pretty good. The maid and breakfast service staff were friendly.

Check-in was a huge mess front desk gave no options saying it could take hours to get a room which was reserved. Front desk was asleep upon arrival. They took no accountability for delay even though it is their issue. Floors in room were sticky and filmy.

The pool that¿s it

The room was not Covid-19 clean therewhere stuff left in the drawers and when I approach the front desk with it they said ¿they must¿ve forgot how can you sanitize and wipe out the drawers the fridge didn¿t work The safe had no battery so we couldn¿t

Pool and had jaccuzi. Jaccuzi water could have been Hotter bur, oh well

Found filth I¿ve been breathing in sense 7/24/22

The house keeping staff has been excellent. I was left a hand written birthday card from two of the ladies that I told was my birthday. The best feeling in the world being acknowledged at such a tough time in my life.

My television was not working for three days. I was brought a new box but it didn't work and not having any entertainment of television was very upsetting.
