Hotel was clean, hot breakfast was average, hotel staff was nice and professional.

Road noise is ridiculous. This hotel need updated better sound proof windows. There are vehicles all times of the day and night revving their engines, racing, loud exhaust, spinning their tires. I was not able to sleep for 2 nights.Hotel staff did nothing

Very noisy. Faced dysart st, high traffic noise until 2am.

Location

The room given to us was on the third floor at the end off the hall,corner room. Loud sound were coming from a door next to the window. Couldn't get much sleep The sound was lould and sometime dim a bit. Not sure we will be staying here again.

When I arrived the clerk said she checked out our room as she wanted to make sure our room was cool as it was 114 degrees out. Staff always makes sure our stay is wonderful, that's why we like staying here!

Horrible road noise. Any guest should request an odd number room to be away from the road noise.

Rooms were ready when we got there. Nice dark curtains. Beds need upgrading.

We received free breakfast. First menu they gave us had some very nice selections. One they realized we received it free. We received a menu with only 1 section. Better selection of music. Not just Mexican. Waitress more self sufficient.

Smiling counter women. Eventhough homeless and likely armed Mexican nations were close by. 1 or 2 sitting on benches on property sidewalk.

Laundry room door handle malfunctioning. Fire hazard. Had to suggest to pin door open or other. Do not know if anything was done at all.

Female staff smiles at you. This is important especially setting the mode/tone/pulse that all is well in the building. Meanwhile homeless and illegal aliens were close outside. Sitting on the bench outside. Tattoos such for MS-13 gang killers.

Morning darkness. Departed hotel out the back door. Could not see due to glare and darkness. As soon as I opened the door a tall black man stepped in around me. Half dressed. Flip-flops. Might have been homeless man without key card access. Need better li

Beds were very comfy. Loved the fact they had shampoo, body wash and conditioner large sized in the bathroom, not the tiny size ones that are normally seen at hotels.

Didn¿t like the fact that the pool was on the smaller size compared to other hotels I¿ve been to.

The hotel was convenient to the function we were attending. It was clean and had the necessary items to make your stay enjoyable.

The a/c didn't function properly during the heat of the day. That was fine, for we were out during the day and not in the room.

There was a lot of remodeling construction going on in the lobby. very hard to get around. Noisy

Everything! It was clean, great location, near restaurants and shopping and not too far from event venues. Great safe neighborhood!

It was minimal but the shower gel was not filled so I had to go buy some. Also the hand lotion was half used. Just made me wonder if they are cleaning so fast they don't pay attention to that.
