Air conditioner worked very poorly no telephone in room no remote in room the staff was excellent but the room was terrible but it was very clean they need a maintenance man bad exclamation point

Nothing was like hotel was full of ants and bugs that bite me and my kids hotel is not fit to be stayed at

Hot water not working. First person asked at front desk said she would talk to owner and call me. No call. Got back to hotel and second person I talked to says "oh did you need to take a shower?" Really???? From there it only got worse. But I don't want

The star rating should be a zero. Room was filthy. Bathroom door was covered with crayon. Bugs found on the bed. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Terrible booking. If possible would like a refund.

Service was fast & friendly.

Trim missing by door frame so that you can see daylight coming through the door. Did block the draft from it with the floor to ceiling drapery.

The one lady that worked at the desk. She was pleasantly helpful.

The walkway had trash and numerous cigarette butts all over. There were two razors in the shower and the trash can was half full.

This hotel is next door to Burger King, Applebees, and Shoneys. Walmart, Kroger and Walgreens are within walking distance.

I did not like the air conditioner happens to be on the wall and did not provide adequate cooling for the room.

Housekeeping would not take garbage out or take out dirty covers/sheets.

small tv, dirty tub, cold room, very uncomfortable bed, and outside door. When you look at the room on the web site, it was totally different when we got there.

It was a cheap hotel but you get what you pay for I guess.

There were ants in the room all over the sink, mold and mildew all in the bath and shower. There was brown stuff all in the carpet hate to know what it was.

The door was broken, the staff was rude, and she didn`t help us about the door. We had to come back 4 times to change the key, and after she changed. We did the reservation for 4 people and there were only 3 towels.

Unfortunately when I expected 1 night, I ended up 4 nights. The room I had on the last night, had a non working fridge. The ice machine does not work properly.

The rooms are really big. Staff was friendly. Clean rooms

We were put into one room but it had not been cleaned yet by the cleaning maid. But, however the staff were very nice and handled the problem with ease and put us in another room.
