The hotel room was not clean. There were dirty dishes, shower and surfaces.

Major highway with lots of traffic close to the motel made it loud all times of the day and night.

The property is gorgeous, it’s right off of the highway, not far from Beale street, continental Breakfast, friendly front desk staff.

Housekeeping will be the downfall of this beautiful property. I checked in and went out to a NBA game. Came in pretty late with food, wanted to shower and go to bed. The shower had dirt, grime, and visible footprints on the shower floor. Shower walls had some type of “stuff” on them. The shower glass had water stains as well as the shower hardware making it seem as if the shower was missed during the cleaning process. Front desk immediately switched rooms for me and the bathroom was a little better but housekeeping needs to be held accountable. Glass was dirty, floors were dirty , simple aesthetic things like paper towel holder broken and missing paper towels, headboard needed to be cleaned, glass in the bathroom needed to be cleaned, last drawer under the stove visibly broken . Unacceptable for the property not to be a year old yet. I pray they get it together because this property is something special.

I thought breakfast was a little light on food

I like the fact that it was convenient to get to off of the highway, the rooms was clean. I love the fact that I had a full kitchen in the rooms and complementary breakfast. The staff was very very nice very very helpful.

I asked about the return of the deposit. He advised as soon as I check out it will be back within 3days. I just called and he advised me 31days. I have over $200 in deposit that should be refunded to me. Not kept for 31 days

I loved staying here!! This is going to be my permanent place that I stay at when I visit Memphis. The rooms are so beautiful. The rooms are cleaned and stacked with comforting kitchenware and bathroom towels and cleaning materials in the kitchen.

I didn’t have much I didn’t like about the property. It offered so much peace of mind.

I love everything about this place!!! The room was nice, clean and spacious. The full coffee bar in the lobby are and the phone charging tables are most definitely a nice touch not to mention the top tier customer service I received from the young lady who checked me in.I will without a doubt stay here again!

I liked that there was breakfast, on-site laundry, and friendly staff.

There wasn’t anything I did not like

Bed & pillows were comfortable.Very clean. Many kitchen amenities in the room.

We arrived for breakfast with 45 minutes remaining in the time it was offered, but there were not many options available to pick from. The eggs were gone. There were two pieces of sausage.

Staff VERY friendly, very clean and loved suite with refrigerator and kitchen area.

Location not by a lot

Facility was clean, I’m big on cleaning and had no issues there.

Walls are thin, someone had a party there on 3rd floor on 5-24/2025. We heard music all night till that morning! Somebody walked into our room the same night at 1 something that morning, but realized we had the stoped on the door. I didn’t get no sleep at all !!! It was horrible!!!!

They advertise their suites with couches but instead you get two very uncomfortable chairs. You can’t connect the tv to your phone.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The price was good, the rooms were clean. I liked the kitchenette in the room, and that the beds had 2 firm, and 2 soft pillows.

The free breakfast wasn't great. However, it was better than the one we got in Nashville.

Great location right near the interstate, I wish I could have gotten the night managers name because he was amazing. The top Was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
