Blinds did not work.

Left my lights on in my vehicle. My battery was dead in the morning. The staff did everything possible To assist me. Hotel employee did everything possible to get my battery charged.

Location was great for what we needed and staff was engaging and friendly

The elevator that has back access would make a loud pop going down and stop for a couple minutes. Made me have major anxiety after the 2nd time of it doing so I just used stairs for fear of being stuck

Room was suppose to be accessible could not use the shower cause it easnt

The environment was good.

I stayed for two nights and the maid only took the dirty towels out and did not replace them or make the bed. The walls are too thin, I could hear the other person snoring in the next room and was up all night because of it.

The hotel is clean and the free breakfast is good for what I paid for. Location is good.

I picked the hotel for an indoor pool but it was under renovation. It should have been stated in the hotel. If I can only cancel we will not stay here. The room isnt soundproof, youll hear everything from people talking, running and snoring.

Overflowing garbage cans outside in the pet area and also by the second floor elevator. That garbage sat. There the whole stay and was extremely smelly. I felt like I was going to retch

What I liked best about this hotel happened to be the staff. I did like the chill sitting areas in the lobby.

The rooms are not quiet. I happened to be next door to loud people as well as the ice maker.

I liked the breakfast, the room, the bed, the friendly staff, the fitness center. Everything about this hotel was great!

It was a casino across the beltline and just 5 minutes to Memphis

excellent location, good breakfast with coffee available 24 hours. Nice lean rooms with big TV's.

My overall experience with this hotel was wonderful..wish I could have stayed a little longer. Before booking I was a little concerned about the surrounding area, but I was totally relieved once I arrived at the property.

A coffee maker in the room would have been nice but not necessary as there is coffee in the lobby.

Free Hot Breakfast in the mornings and Free hot tea and coffee throughout the day.

Room Service is at request, so there was a lot of trash build up during my stay. I had to constantly ask for someone to come and empty the trash. I started using the hallway trashcan and at one point that was overflowing.

Rooms use LVP flooring instead of skanky carpeting. Nicely done lobby area, intuitive layouts.

Minor maintenance not being addressed. Elevator makes a horrendous scraping noise as it leaves the second floor. Our bedside lamp combo was broken (staff should be testing this stuff every single time they clean), Shower door hinges were failing.
