- Let's start with checking in, the lady claimed that she didn't know how to check us in so we had to wait for another worker to show up, clock in and check us in. We get to the room the television only had 4 working channels and one channel did not have sound which was weird. Then upon checkout, I asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get one because I booked through a third party, which again was weird since I've mostly always book through a third party and will receive a receipt upon checking out.
