Delta Inn West Helena US 49 AR

Very rude inconsiderate staff. Room cancelled with no advance notice and I travelled from another state with disabled Dad.

Quick check-in process. Staff very personable and accommodating. Quiet and comfortable and safe.

I feel like it was a little pricey for what it was. However, it's one of very few choices in this locale and it's the best available to in my opinion because it's the the only one that's nice, clean, and cheap (relatively).

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The staff met me with a smile they was very courteous and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, it will always be my first choice when I'm in that area.

Not a huge problem, but the cleaning people was sort of noisy the next morning and it was way before it was time for me to get up and check out but even they were kind.

Location was perfect. Good cable tv service. Front desk staff we great at check in and check out.

Beds need replacing. Temp controller didn't work. Bathroom tub not good. Room lighting much to be desired (#241) Towels and linen made me wish I had brought my own. Will not recommend this to any one.

Nothing at all. They allowed smoking in the rooms and when informed about the smoke coming into our room, nothing was done. I had an allergic reaction to the smoke.

I disliked everything about this hotel. It gave a small town a bad name. From the lack of respect from the staff (non caring attitude), to the dinginess of the towels (bought own towels), to the smok in your room, & to the holes on the floor ALL WAS BAD!

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel as Helena-West Helena isn't known for good hotels. Check-in was smooth and the room did not smell as others had said. The hot water was very quick and the bed was comfy. I did park as close to the room as possible under a light for better security. This is actually a motel and not a hotel so all rooms open up to the outside.

I liked that it was a decent price for a decent room.

It smelt like bleach really bad and the floors were kinda sticky like they were cleaned but didn’t get a chance to dry all the way.

The lady the worked fro t desk 12/14/2025 was very rude she threw my key card to me and was very aggressive.

I didnt like that the bathroom door look as if someone tried to kick it down...Towels wasnt the cleanest refrigerator want cleaned stained toliet and tub and staff had a nasty attitude

The location. There are not many hotels in the area.

The furniture is old. The linen was old and stained. The tub is unsafe. One of the people staying while we were there, fell in the bath tub.

Horrible place, awful bed and pillows, did not feel safe, had to beg for coffee in the morning, no vending machines.
