Hampton Inn Texarkana

Not any interstate noise! Very comfortable beds and friendly desk staff.

The staff, price, location, free breakfast, internet, fresh baked cookies and the cleanliness of the room were things I liked about this hotel .

I can't think of anything at this time.

The front desk person, Hannah, was warm and welcoming. When I showed her the stained comforter, she took photos of them and immediately alerted her manager and mentioned that the house cleaning crew will get retrained on their duties and expectations.

The comforter on the bed that was already made had smeared lipstick and makeup all over it. There were stains on the sheets and pillow case. The breakfast, which was from 6-10 AM, was already out of a number of food items by 8 AM.

The evening desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant.

The elevators were slow in responding. The area around the toilet seat in the back was dirty or stained. Please put a lighted sign by the entrance from the major highway - it was dark and we missed it. Toiletries aren¿t too good, unnecessary makeup wipes

The lady that checked us on the evening of June 12 was not very pleasant or helpful-- alittle disappointed about that-- but we were interrupting her dinner!!

There was no breakfast. There was a smoke alarm in the hallway that beeped all night long.

Room was clean and comfortable

The boiled eggs at breakfast were rotten. Toilet stopped up and wasn't timely fixed. It was apparently an issue in multiple rooms.

Very friendly staff. Very nice room. Bed was a little firmer than I like.....but otherwise, very nice.

Mattress was a bit firm. Everything else was good.

We got a king suite so the bed was huge and super comfortable. The shower was really nice too! Glass sliding doors and plenty of room! We even enjoyed breakfast one morning! Everything was clean and very nice! Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The bed was comfortable, every single employee I met was kind and had a smile on their face, and the interior was much nicer than I expected.

Absolutely nothing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My favorite part was the breakfast! Many different options to choose from.Holiday Inn Express was next to this hotel & we stayed there earlier in the week and the staff was not as attentive as the Hampton's, their luggage carts weren't avail. And breakfas

No, i absolutely loved the complimentary shampoo & conditioner. Y'all even went above & beyond and provided a mouthwash which was great because we forgot to pack any of that!

There was only a sheer drape, the heavy drapes would not cover the window.
