The friendly staff and easily accessible smoking areas breakfast was pretty decent

Coffee was horrible when the automated expresso machine was not working and found roach in the pool heard from another person they were moved because of roach infestation in original room

The very clean room, the breakfast, the fitness room and for our trip a good location.

quiet and large room

Breakfast very disappointing.Had a fancy coffee machine that didn't work w/ no sign on it so you wasted your time getting nothing but milk (and they knew if was broken), their fridge for yogurt,milk etc was broken. yogurt machine broken,pot barely cooked

Hotel is in perfect location.

Room was showing signs of age. Poor caulking around tub, creaking tub, jinky ac unit.

Breakfast and the shower

The bed was broken. It had a big curved dip on one side of the bed. Where disabled people constantly sit. Room 130. During the check in process the front counter was so dry and sounded scripted.

Clean room, price, location

Breakfast was lacking in quantity of items, eggs, bacon pastries. Loud neighbors. Low Water pressure.

Cleanliness

Woke up to a water barely rinning in shower and water barely draining in tub. Smelled like a sewer in bathroom and outside building.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly. We had trouble with our keys not working a couple times and they were quick and helpful and got it fixed. The breakfast each day was delicious. Pretty much anything you?d want for breakfast, they had it.

We had to ask for more bath linens as they did not provide enough for the amount of people in our room. That is the only negative thing.

Shower Head a little small

The room we had was spacious for a hotel room. The breakfast was good and they serviced the room with new towels and dumpted the trash daily. Something not done at many places these days. The staff was always very helpful.

The room was a little darker than I like but there were plenty of lights. The elevator went out which didn't cause me much trouble as I was willing to take the stairs for the exercise but it caused hardship for some, especially for a lady in a wheelchair.

Night clerk tried hard to find a room that was presentable but from what we saw, he did not have much to work with.

Gentleman who checked us in was outstanding!!! He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and welcoming. He seemed like he genuinely cared about customers and cared about his job, not just going through the motions.

No nightstand on left side of bed nearest the bathroom. Overall it was clean, everything worked. Didn¿t appreciate that the dining area TV was on an anti American leftist leaning news channel while we ate breakfast. Offer healthier breakfast options.

Excellent breakfast selection. Quiet room despite full capacity. Parking was well lit and cameras were obvious.

There were ants in the bathroom. Shower rod could be fixed. Remote didn't want to work until the TV was restarted a couple times. Not a big deal.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Friendly staff. Spacious room with a tub. Room was at the end of the hall the way I like it.

There¿s a pool but no hot tub

Not very much at all.

The hotel is branded by Best Western as a "plus" and rated as a 4.5 star location. This location should be given maybe a "1 star". The building lobby was presented as being clean but there were "bed bugs" in my bed.

Convenient location. Good breakfast.

Front desk check in unfriendly. Noticed back up to check in around 5pm. Sofa cushion badly ripped, Didn't look recent. Litter in front parking area.

It was dirty, outdated and noisy.

We arrived a little early and we¿re able to get into our room, which was a good thing. Staff was great for the most part. The location and breakfast were good.

I would never stay at this hotel again unless it was the only option. Dust mostly but also dirt, litter and just generally not clean or tidy in some obvious places greatly took away from the positive aspects of this hotel.

Hotel was clean

We chose this hotel because of reviews and were disappointed. No hot water and no water pressure in shower and handicap shower was very slippery. Because of many guest, breakfast ran out of food.
