Executive Inn, Springdale

Staff were friendly and helpful during check in. The location was good for the activities we had planned. Also liked that there was an Aldi store literally next door, and both a Dollar Tree and a Walmart across the street.

If you examined the bathroom floor, the grout was black and moldy!

It?s very old, outdated, and disorganized.

Quiet, other than the diesel pickup trucks so many of the workers staying there used. They had to leave pretty early to go to job sites. Sound proofing decent

Nothing. I will never use this hotel again.

The shower did not work. I called the front desk to see how it worked, but the person who answered the phone only gave instructions as if reading from a card.

Older but well maintained. The maid service actually cleaned our room! Wiped down counters, and swept! Everything worked and lots of lights in the room. Flap Jack restaurant adjoining, and a cool club that was packed on weekend. ALDI store next door, etc.

We struggled on the decision to go to this Executive Inn. Other hotels with similar rates were better positioned and newer construction. The exterior improvements, care, and slightly lower rates swayed our decision. The inside was equally improved.

For ---dollars a night I would think breakfast. Flap jack didn't open up at 6 and not at 7. I don't think they care. I will not be back. Motel was OK.

The room was very clean. The shower actually had some pressure. We stayed during a biker rally in the area so there was plenty of noise until after midnight but that was going to be at every hotel in town. Overall it¿s a decent place, give it a try.

The room appeared clean.

Room had a strong musty smell. Not sure where it was coming from, but it was strong. Without the smell I would have rated the room much higher.

Unclean. Double charged for room. Blankets about 20 years old. Could head band like they were in the room. Bath tile from the 60's. AVOID!

Bed was comfortable, price good, location good. Lady desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with the wifi. Could not hear traffic outside or guests in adjacent rooms, even though both were obviously present.

Bathroom floor did not look dirty but the bottoms of our bare feet were black from walking on it. Manager was offended when it was brought to his attention, but he did have it mopped next day, which solved the problem.

That the air conditioner wasn't loud and it worked well. Tv great, the wifi great, pillows and bed great towels somewhat ruff. overall it was decent

the room smelled like mildew, in fact upon taking my clothes back out of the suitcase at the next hotel, they had absorbed and smelled of mildew, the grout in the shower tiles had black mildew and needs to be removed and re-grouted.

Location was decent. Easy access to Fayetteville. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer included in the room. Bar and restaurant on site.

A little dated but not a problem. Rooms were clean.
