Quality Inn Russellville I-40

Location

Lack of breakfast options, unwilling to change room from a king bed to double bed, & air in room wasn?t cooling. The original room smelled like bug spray so we asked for a different room. The other 2 rooms they offered smelled like a musty moldy basement.

The staff - particularly the lady who checked us in. She was friendly, efficient and pleasant. Wi-fi worked well.

Would have liked breakfast to be a bit longer. Can't comment on it as we missed it entirely. After a long day of driving we didn't wake up until 8:45 am.

Clean, great location, friendly staff. Female traveling alone and felt safe.

Nope it¿s was great for the price. Future guests, if your tv isn¿t working just switch the hdmi also plug in microwave and fridge not sure why they were unplugged but they were maybe to save on electric.

The staff was nice and the room was clean just what we needed for the weekend of baseball.

The pool was nice and the room was decent except for the cigarette and weed smell also the breakfast was seriously lacking

We had a non smoking room and it reeked of cigarette smoke and weed we had to buy air and fabric freshener just to be able to stand being in there my husband had a asthma attack also the breakfast just eggs and sausage patties also asking a $64 deposit

Inexpensive, simple room that was clean and comfortable. Really nice, helpful staff.

Location, staff, amenities (Microwave & fridge in the room). The room was basic but clean and sufficient. Breakfast was good - thank you!

It was clean

I did not like the outdoor access. It was me and my daughter and I just didn't feel safe all night. For $---/night I would think it would be a hotel and not a motel.

We booked late and we're booked into the only room left, a smoking room. Since it was a hot rate deal there was no changing it. But I want to say the cleaning staff there must do an amazing job, because the presence of the smell of smoke was almost none

Toilet flush was not working properly.

It was pet friendly and great location.

It had a smell, and felt dirty. Floor was filthy, and bed wasn’t comfortable.

the property is old, needs a update for sure

the manager isn’t hospitable, she really was short tempered and rude, be sure not complaine about her friends smoking at the pool, with kids at it.. very disappointed in the experience
