Hampton Inn Russellville

It was super clean, staff was great, and the free breakfast was yummy!

It was right off the highway. Check in was fast.

The staff wasn?t very friendly. I did check in really late so I?m sure they were tired but the morning staff was short also.

Location, close to Arkansas Technical University.

We were on the first floor. It was a bit noisy from inside and outside the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the room was set up very well. The room itself was big and the bathroom with the whirlpool was huge. It was just right for us and we will be staying there again when we come to visit our son in college at ATU.

Would have like to be able to get the room a little cooler.

Clean and updated room. We were really impressed with the breakfast.

the only little issue was the night clerk, but in her defense she was new and training so it is understandable. She was a little confused but I'm sure she will get the hang of it soon.

Room had a slight odor - like cleaning solution or lingering smell from some kind of issue; hotel claims to not allow pets (except for support animals) - in my 2 day stay I saw 3 dogs being brought in and out a side door - NOT support dogs

This hotel is clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean. The laundry room area was convenient and clean. And the bed slept comfortably!!

Appreciated the clean room COVID protocol, was the only Hilton I’ve stayed at that did this (promised by all). Great stay and staff and overall experience.

I left a prescription in my room upon checking out, the front desk was promp in calling to let me know I forgot them. I asked for them to be mailed to , they agreed to it. A week later I still do not have them.

There's nothing to rate as the hotel was booked with no rooms available even tho you booked me in it. At least the desk clerk was helpful and kind enough to find me a room with another hotel in the area.

The whole experience was probably the best I have had at a hotel. The rooms were so fresh and clean. There was not a single person on staff that was cross or unhelpful. All of the staff went out of there way to make sure that all of our needs were met.

The staff was great - very friendly & available if needed. Breakfast had good variety & was fine.

The curtains were thin and the room was not dark due to the parking lot lights.

They double charged us for our room and still haven?t refunded us. Bunch of thieves.
