Nothing . The hotel staff was horrible and the workers didn’t even let me check in and denied my refund. Trash hotel

Yes I dislike the whole establishment

Being disabled, having an elevator really helped sell the location

The linens consisted of: two towels, one hand towel, no washcloths, and one floor mat. I should have looked at the location of the hotel better, it is not in the nicest area of town.

Was a place to sleep

Bed was a rock, seen roaches crawling around water was in the floor under the AC unit that I wiped up myself.

Air conditioning

No wifi/internet, lots of banging/construction going on, no breakfast.

Newer floors, bed and TV. It seemed to be updated a while back and not as worn out as I anticipated.

I was told there be a Little breakfast but there wasn¿t. Also¿ The chair to the desk was terrible. It needs to be thrown away and replaced.

Nothing. Check in clerk wasnt pleasant at all. Charged a security deposit and pet fee for a room that was already nasty. Dirty floors mirrors toilet seat broken and tub stained.

Discarded mattresses and furniture thrown out around pool yard. Marijuana smell throughout second floor. Dirty mirrors and dust on light bulbs. Window seal not wiped. Advertised free breakfast signage everywhere. No breakfast. Claims due to Covid.

There were roaches the staff was cool the area seems sixty forty as far as safe .... leaning towards more safe

The price, and that would be about it ! There was definitely a few roaches I doubted complaining would change that , theres a taco bell , a mc Donald's and a couple gas stations close seems like it's good for truckers if u know what I mean

It was clean, quiet and very comfortable beds.

Microwave didn't work. The desk lamp didn't work. The area where you turn on Prichard Rd looks like the tornado hit it and nobody tried to clean it up.

Friendly staff, comfy bed.

No breakfast like promised, just nasty tasting coffee. The bed was too tall for an accessable room. It's really not very accessible for a wheelchair.

It was clean and quiet. Fast food restaurants and convenience stores close by.

It was in a part of North Little Rock that my not be for everyone.

Used to getting what I pay for. If the shower and sand toilet work, the place is reasonably well cared for I'm OK with it. Suggestion, updates on pool closures and and breakfast service would be appreciated.

Room seemed newly updated and painted; clean and met basic expectations.

The fact that there were smoking rooms in the hotel meant that the hallways smelled a bit, but my non-smoking room was clean and in good shape.

There was a bed

I was victim to false advertising. Said there was a whirlpool tub, there was not. Said there was breakfast. There was not. These are the two main reasons I went with the room. It was in a bad area. Cops were responding all night.

It was close to my job an the expressway.

They HAD ROACHES.... THE SINK HAD A LEAK AN THE HALL LIGHT WAS OUT AN THEY DID NOTHING TO ACCOMADATE ME. I END UP CHECKING OUT A DAY EARLY AN DIDNT STAY ANOTHER DAY I PAYED FOR CUZ I WASN'T COMFORTABLE!!!!!!!!!

The size of the rooms are also big and doesn’t make you feel like you’re clutched up in the room

Besides the slow elevators and not much parking everything is okay

The whole hotel smells like strong weed. The area it was in look awful. They said they had Breakfast which they didn't. Their beds was so hard very uncomfortable. There was trash all behind the bed,couch, and tables. I was worried about safety when I went
