Fairfield Inn North Little Rock

Loved the staff and quietness. The kids LOVED the pool. A little too much chlorine though it was a little tough on their eyes. But other than that it was a great experience.

It was clean, the front desk person at night was corteous, very polite, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious We enjoyed our stay!!

They didn't have a crib for our toddler, and then they saying he shouldn't go on the floor because it was too loud, people started calling it was too loud, and he didn't go loud at all, and except,our room was above the office.

All floors don't have ice vending machines

The check in clerk asked me to pay for my room but I had already prepaid. So I felt like there was some inefficiency in the checkin process. Otherwise everything was above average.

I chose this particular hotel because I wanted a restaurant, which WAS advertised. Looking for room service...none. Stop the false advertising.

First room reeked of mold, Hotel employee kindly moved us to a better room. Second room : drawers would not stay closed, wracking our shins; carpet was damp; formica laminate was peeling off the drawers. Smokers outside of every entry/exit door.

They billed me $11.35 on my credit card and i have no idea what it was for. I was never told by the hotel I would be charged

The lady that helped me was very helpful.

The beds were pretty bad. The linen had stains and the beds were so uncomfortable I was literally rolling off the side and I weight less than 115lbs. The shower and shower curtain were dirty and there were no extra linens in the room.

The fire alarm was triggered about 3am and I did not like the fire departments response time

It was only 10 minutes away from downtown Little Rock. Plenty of meal choices nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was closed for maintenance.

It was located in an attractive area.

There was a lot of noise from passing traffic.

We didn't hear noise from other guests coming and going from their rooms.
