La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham N Little Rock-McCain Mall

The location

I was told that the pool was open and fully functional, it was not. The pool was green and not usable.

Beware, I stayed there 3 nights. By the second day it was actually charged on my credit card. Most times there is a hold but not the actual charge. I checked out on Friday and didn't see refund until the next Tuesday. Same breakfast everyday.

The location right off the main highway

This hotel is not well kept. Not clean at all. It¿s VERY obvious the housekeepers are NOT cleaning the tub/shower for the next guest. Nasty! Will not be back!

I always stay here when I go to Oklahoma. The location is the main reason why I choose here.

No it looks like som renovations were completed

They were remodeling, painting upon arrival. Construction going on it should have been less costly.

The hotel appears to be in the process of being updated. Best or most impressive aspect was the bed's mattress and the bedding. The mattress was firm but "pillowy". The bedding was fresh and soft to the touch. The photos on the wall were a plus.

A COMPLETE LACK OF SIGNAGE. No logo or name on the facade facing the US67S Access road. The lobby is tiny, the interior hallway of the ground floor was in midst of paint and drywall replacement.

Cleanliness of rooms, accessible location

Not a complaint from us; more of a forewarning in case it may bother some guests. The hotel is doing exterior & hallway renovations

The hotel is being refurbished and is very nice. The staff were friendly, even though it was chaotic. We had just had a major storm with straight line winds. Our power has been out for 3 days.

The a/c unit did not blow hard enough to cool the room. It was uncomfortable all night.

The motel room was clean. The breakfast was nice & well-stocked.

The motel is in the middle of a remodel & there is no signage indicating the motel's property name. It appears that half of the motel is currently up & running. (April 2023)

Nothing. The building was dilapidated. The room smelled like mold. Breakfast consisted of bake-youreself-waffels and nothing else. I would never stay at this La Quinta inn or any other ever again. The price was outrageous for what they offered.

Breakfast and all of the staff besides the clerk for the day shift. She was absolutely rue to me frm check in, when she came to my room slammed the door shut and covered the key entry bc she thought my payment didn't go through which it had...trying

Contacted front desk which was her 4 check out to inform her I had Hilton honors points and would be re booking, I called to give her conf. Number she insisted come to desk conf. payment. Fell asleep she called the cops on me said I refused to leave/pay!

Location

The room smelled bad, maybe because they allow pets. Once the air conditioner was on the smell was not as bad.

Clean room that's about it

I don¿t like this I stay here 3 nights they clean the room 2nd I request for please clean my room when I come back evening time I see my room they not clean

A convenient location

Breakfast choices and service can be improved. Staff could use some training.

Employees parking under the unloading and loading area. Had to drag the cart thru the parking lot to load and unload my luggage.

Nothing, this place was dirty, cramped, terrible beds and pillows and no towels .

The whole experience was awful. And they overcharged me $20 that I didn¿t authorize.

Staff was polite and patient, but also disengaged. Definitely not energetic customer service. Room was fairly quiet, not as much noise from highway/access roads as I expected.

The pool was filled with algae on the walls and bottom, so my children couldn't swim (having a pool was a deciding factor in choosing a hotel), the room (esp the bathroom) was not clean, & lacked necessary supplies. Breakfast service was below average.

Inflexibility with check in. Not very clean. I expected better.
