Noise Rooms not clean Housekeeping in clean or make sure room are nice and clean. Loud noise at night. Kids cry I need and people yelling.

The staff was friendly

It was dirty dead bugs everywhere! Woke up with bites all over.my friend thought they were bed bugs. There was a stain in side of bed like something was spilled on the bedframe and never cleaned.

The staff was attentive

The first room had non-operating air conditioner and smelled, ceiling was stained and clumsily repaired. The second room at least had working air conditioner, but there were dead bugs all over the floor, and I was not comfortable in the neighborhood.

The room was dirty hair and dirt in jacuzzi sheets had holes in the sheets maintenance got just walked right in my room as my wife was getting dressed was the very worst experience ever

Quiet, comfortable environment and everything was well put together and clean

I was told that I would have to pay and extra 15 dollars to have guest over in the room I've already paid for. I wouldn't have an issue you with the extra 15 dollars if this was listed on the website.

The location was perfect, close to my family and even near a library and Senior Center! The room was clean, modern and had all I needed for a comfortable stay.

The TV didn't work so well, but I'm not a big TV fan.

Everything f up

The room was beautiful and emmaculate on cleanliness. You walk in and you can literally smell how clean it was. The beds were so comfortable. And the owner was very professional during check in. I would rate this hotel a definite 10/10!!!!

I have zero complaints.

The suite is nice. Just needs to be finished. Bad caulking, paint ion floors, new bathroom door. Etc

Roaches and sheets had crumbs or something in the bed. Also no remote for the TV.

I didn't like anything about the hotel, the bed was to hard the tub and toilet wasn't clean enough for me, there was to much noise outside my room.

The room appeared to have been recently renovated- fresh paint, new flooring, etc. It was clean and smelled fresh. The bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely nothing. Do not waste your money on this hotel. The owners and staff are rude disrespectful and care about nothing but the American dollar. They are under renovation and do not tell the guest what is going on.

Like we had no hot Water for three days. On the 3rd day we had no water at all for at least 8 hours. On the 3rd day they put a sign on the window no hot water today. They meant no hot water. Covid19 virus!The city NLR didn't approve that permit
