Comfort Inn & Suites North Little Rock McCain Mall

Breakfast was decent. Staff lady putting out the breakfast was helpful. Other staff members were not very kind and the night lady was not kind at all.

Refrigerator didn’t work. We had a lot of groceries that were getting warm. Lady at front desk was quite rude. She had us pack up all of our stuff, which was a lot, and move to.another room at midnight. 2nd room smelled like mold.

It was very accommodating, and great value for the price.

The pillows are not comfortable. The breakfast was the same both days. Not much for variety.

TV didn't work and front desk couln't fix because of the weather. Just an average room. Clean but very average.

TV didn't work and nothing was offered. Breakfast was VERY meager. Looked kind of gross. We skipped it.

The friendly staff and the size of the accessible room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep..

The coffee and some breakfast items are in a separate room with a table and chairs in it. A lady with small children let them throw food everywhere. if you did get in you had to walk on eggs and food smashed all over the floor.

Quiet location, super comfy beds, breakfast was decent. Waffles light and crispy.

Clean and comfortable

Traffic a little loud

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Very clean throughout the facility.

Mobility accessible room did not have a hand-held shower or seat in the tub. Hand-held shower and seat would have made it much easier to keep one's balance.

Front desk was very friendly.

The room itself seemed clean. BUT sheets and towels had STAINS ON THEM!!!! Need new sheets or use bleach.

Location was great & price

Only complaint is they need to build all their hotels with soundproof walls. You can hear people walking above you and doors closing.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

None of the treadmills worked in the fitness center. And the smoke detectors in the rooms have a strobe that flashes every few seconds. Not good for a light sleeper.

The staff was friendly and nice. Room was very clean. Breakfast was just ok but it was hot and fresh. Enjoyed our stay.

CLose to the Highway and restaurants. Comfortable bed-a must for us. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was clean and quiet.

Waited extra 10 min. to check in due to error with guest before us. Had to change rooms because original room was still being cleaned. Breakfast was totally unremarkable.

friendly staff and good location

Booked and paid for 3 nights. I only could stay for 2 nights so to the bad icy road weather. Hoping to get reimbursed for 1 night.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

Thought the breakfast was limited. Hot food items were scarce.

It was located within easy access to the highway as well as shops and restaurants

Had a nice swimming pool. Room had fridge, microwave and DirecTV.

Room temperature was hard to adjust. Could have been cooler. Needed jacuzzi near pool. Could use earlier breakfast time.

Hand sanitizer at entry No-pet policy Clean room

Lax covid policies Sign said masks were required but hardly anyone wore them A/C unit did not work properly Breakfast was a joke (compared to the Holiday Inn Express the next night) Stayed there before. Will choose another hotel next time

The staff was amazing the breakfast was great and it was in a perfect location close to the mall and a lot of restaurants around to choose from the bed was comfortable pillow very soft I m going to stay there again when I return.

Friendly staff. Location. Excellent beds. Great breakfast.

Nothing. Great hotel
