Hampton Inn North Little Rock-McCain Mall

Convenient location and immaculate accommodations. Made holiday stay great.

Nothing to improve on but of course, if the roommate were lower, it would be a more exceptional value.

Very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Loved the beds as always

Check in was curt! Did not tell me when she took my card for incidentals that they would be charging me another tax on it. I was issuing another card for that. Wouldn¿t have been a big deal if she had informed me. She wasn¿t rude just un friendly.

This is a return trip and stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, cleanliness, the staff was very helpful and very friendly. Eight year old grandson loved the pool.

No complaints on anything

Clean and friendly

Cold pool. But kids didn¿t mind

Loved how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. Was an excellent location for the reason we were there. Everything we needed was with in a 10 minute or less drive.

Literally nothing. If I am in the area again that is where we will be staying.

There were chocolate chip cookies available when we checked in. The free breakfast buffet was very nice. The children in our group enjoyed the indoor pool. Our room was quiet, we slept well.

I was a little disappointed there was no hot tub available.

Great service from desk staff to housekeeping. Indoor pool nice and clean. Bkft adequate.

I was charged twice for the hotel. It's been nearly 2 weeks and the hotel has not refunded my money. They keep saying they have, they will, etc. But, at the end of the day, I've been charged twice.

Exceptionally clean room! Great location, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely return here again!

The pool was perfect. It was on the smaller size, but my kids are under 10 years. It was convenient to a lot of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent despite COVID. They gave us free water.

Very clean, professional staff.

Water could've been hotter

Love the cleanliness Of the room and comfort of the Bed. Free Breakfast Makes the morning easy and the Onsite pool keeps the kids happy

Warm greeting from staff, cookies at the front desk were a nice touch. Super clean property.

The entrance from the street made it kinda quirky to get to, but you can see the hotel and guide your way to it without any issues.

Beautiful and clean.

Very clean and updated decor.
