Econo Lodge Inn & Suites North Little Rock near Riverfront

Cleaner than expected. AC was great. TV with channels that worked.

Staff was rude and driveway was unsafe. Had not cleared driveway and refused to help when I got stuck in the snow. Then told me I was not welcome when I pointed out that they should have cleared the driveway it’s not safe

It was affordable, convenient, clean, and accessible. I was traveling with a group of students, everything was easy and safe.

When I made the reservations, there was a breakfast offered but to our surprise and disappointment, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. In the price block it stated breakfast included!

Motel was in a bad part of town. Didn't feel our vehicle was safe. Lots of homeless drinking in the parking lot. Door second lock was broken. Bed was very worn out. The 1 positive was the clerk tried to help as best he could.

Room size and it was a smoking room.

The sheet had burn on the sheet. The water wasn't very hot. Very nice staff.

Front desk staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Very helpful in fixing a situation that was all my fault.

My wife¿s medication and $--- cash were nowhere to be found after the room had been cleaned. Very disappointing.

AVOID both Econo Lodge locations.

-1 for the NLR location. I could go on & on from the terrible customer service, dark lobby with doors locked and a little darkened window outside to communicate through along with additional charges added, etc... AVOID. We left & went to Holiday Inn.

Found roaches in room. Refrigerator fan made a clicking noise that was not good for sleeping. Neighbor banged on door for over 30 minutes at night. No cell data service with Verizon and under 1mbps throughput on hotel Wifi so basically no internet.

Local. Close to everything

Hidden fees. They asked for an additional $50 deposit because I paid with my card online. Said they were pet friendly but also charged me $20 pet deposit for a kenneled Pekingese .

It was close to the freeway.

The place smelled like weed, had cigarette holes in the comforter, stains on the carpet, the refrigerator was broken and made a horrible noise all night. The sheets were so dirty my son slept on top of them. He refused to take a shower in the bathroom.

Comfortable bed and clean.

Not located in the safer part of town. A drug bust right outside in the parking area. Several homeless persons congregating and walking in the parking area.

The staff was short and straight to point didnt try to make themselves seem friendly

Room was decently large.

Very unsafe neighborhood. Walls were very dirty. I had to stand outside in the cold in winter at night talking through a bullet proof bank window to check in! All while in a dangerous neighborhood. Would never stay here again.

Condition of room lack of maintenance and poor neighborhood. Lack of concern for customer experience
