Posh interior and clean, well lit outside plenty of parking

Hotel was very clean nice room most of staff was friendly except for night manager, not sure why he works in customer service he was a complete jerk.

The tv in my room kept turning on and off and the night manager was so rude to me when I called to report it not working properly. He had the worst attitude ruined my experience will not be returning to this hotel.

Dry clean and modern rooms. Check in person was very friendly.

We had to loop around and drive back to hotel. A little tricky to find parking lot. Doesn¿t offer free breakfast and the credit card processor was down so we had to leave to get breakfast and coffee. Did have cash on us to pay.

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful.

The elevators were very hot and tool a. Long time for 4 floors.

Bed was comfortable

Carpet all pulled up in the corner. Felt like a giant hole in the floor. Bathroom vanity was being held up by a 2x4.

The lady at the front desk was rude. We were woken up at 7am by a faulty alarm and had stay out for more than half hour but when resolved, the lady did not show any courtesy or apology on behalf of the hotel. Other staff were good. This lady was just rude

The staff were excellent! They were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient.

The fridge in the room did not work and we had items that needed refrigeration, so we moved to another room, inconvenient because we had a lot of luggage to move, the second room had lumpy, creaky beds. I've never had a bad bed at Marriott. Disappointing!

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was modern with nice amenities and the common areas were pleasant and very comfortable for relaxing. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful inclduing the housekeeping staff.

Not sure if the hotel offered continental breakfast, however this may have been due to the pandemic and COVID restrictions so this was not a big deal.

It was available and clean. After traveling for a long trip, the bed was very comfortable

What I didn¿t like was they had charged me $--- for the room and that amount was pending, but it was changed back to $----

Water pouring out of the ceiling onto the floor at 11pm. Was moved to a smaller room with only 1 bed though I paid for a room with 2 beds. Three people had to share the 1 room bed. Front desk personnel were rude and not helpful. Worst hotel ever.

The location of the hotel and cleanliness! The staff was very friendly as well!

It was clean and in one of the safer locations of north Little Rock. It is next to shopping and restaurants.

The staff was extremely rude. I did not get her name, she was not wearing a name tag. I called before check in, the lady working was rude and told me to call back. When I got there she said my room wasn¿t ready and told me to leave and come back later.

Clean! We had a great stay. Rooms are updated and clean.

There was one grumpy man as staff in the front desk but everyone else¿s friendliness was superb and made up for it. The hotel was very accommodating in all our request and were super engaged. Definitely will stay again.

When we got there to check in we had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. She checked us in only asking our name handed us 1 room key without telling us the room number or where it is located. No ac or heat in the room
