I didn’t get much sleep. There’s a warehouse behind that worked during the night. I heard beeping from the trucks all night long.

Lobby host was extremely helpful and sweet hotel was very clean and nice

laundry ... Guests left laundry in machine or dryer for hours at a time

The staff, the room and cleanliness

Nice staff, clean

Did not have hand soap (even when I asked), when maid came to clean room, asked her to come back in a few minutes she never returned. The pool was cold as the heater was broken.

We liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the room was very confortable.

What I did not like about this hotel is it took the staff about 2 days to get our final bill straightened out. it was a lot of confusion.

Convenient location; courteous, friendly staff; free laundry was an unexpected bonus!

We were charged an additional $75 for our dog. When I made the reservation I included a dog so that charge was a surprise & I thought it was extremely high.

Tv didn't work,called staff replaced quickly, second tv quit shortly after. No covered area to pull through while raining to unload, I was surprised wasn't one when we arrived. Pictures of all rooms show couch but wasn't actually available on the 2 queens

We were not able to go swimming in the pool. I was informed that the pool was closed once I checked in. I wish I had known that the pool wasn't opened, I would have changed the hotel.

There really wasn't breakfast, other than what could be bought in their store - and free coffee. The location was okay. Everything was clean and new looking, both inside and outside. Very satisfied.

Room was book with no rooms available and still charge my card

This was a very comfortable place for us. The staff were very helpful and personable. The room was very clean and well maintained. Being able to us a handheld shower head made for the best shower I had had during my week of traveling.

I love the location and rooms in this hotel. Well organized and very well equiped. That said, I was shocked when I came in at the end of the day and the room had Not been Cleaned. I called the front desk and was informed they don't clean the rooms daily. I stated that I paid the same price for each day and the price should be different on days they don't clean. He said, "That's why our rates are lower than other hotels. I have traved all over the world and never had this happen. I requested towels which they brought, but no coffee supplies. I also saw 3 cockroaches in the room which I reported to the front desk, being nice about it saying "I'm sure it is due to the cold weather moving in." Needles to say I don't believe they sprayed for them as this was the same day they did not clean the room. As for the price, Booking.com quoted $115.00, but with all extra taxes it was $149.00. Again I have stayed here before and been pleased but I feel the management should be more honest with what to expect.
