The staff was outstanding, and the location was outstanding as well

The radio clock was broke – or actually so they cut the cord on it and the thermostat was not working on the wall, but the unit itself was good enough to keep us by some cool

Very clean. The lady at the desk on Nov 6th approx 4pm was one of the friendliest hotel staff members we’ve ever seen. Hang on to her!

The best part was the location and the newness.

The breakfast definitely needs to be worked on. It needs a large improvement. The food was cold and did not have a good variety. Also, there was no microwave to heat up the cold food that should have been hot.

I stay here regularly and it?s an excellent hotel. Staff is always amazing. Always clean. Very good breakfast

Kept back door propped open bypassing security measures. Condition of door show long standing practice.

Location was fine

Arrived around 10pm, mom alone with 2 kids. Had to change rooms 3 different times. We didn?t get in bed until after midnight after driving all day from Nashville, making our way home to Texas.

It's a new hotel (less than one year old as of 4/24) and very nice. Rooms were clean and staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool area was cleaned regularly and the pancake maker was broken for all 7 days I was here.

Incredibly clean, the staff was wonderful and the location was great! Highly recommend

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The beds were very firm and we could fall asleep instantly. Breakfast was great and the staff was very courteous.

Some of the wall fixtures in the room were loose. The towel rod came off from the wall (anchor and all) when we tried to take the towels. The toilet paper-holder was loose as well.

Pool has broken heater for 3 weeks now also pancake machine has been broken for 3 weeks now. Breakfast was old and cold
