Best Western Plus Jfk Inn & Suites

The indoor heated pool and the hours of the pool Also the breakfast was amazing 2 days we stayed full real breakfast plus bunch more real food fresh and the lady's and the gental man working the breakfast where absolutely helpful polite and fast.

The front desk people were not friendly .

Mattress was soft.

From checking out pools towels so they could charge us if we didn’t return them to reading the sign that says “we give you pool towels so you don’t get our floor wet” set the tone for this hotel. I was surprised to see this hotel had such good reviews.

The king bed with jacuzzi was awesome. Quiet and well taken care of exceptionally clean

$100 deposit must be in CASH - Area is kind of sketchy - Parking lot reeks of pot - Breakfast was mediocre but not bad -

That the hotel only charged us the pet fee for 1 of our 2 small dogs after we told them that we were told by the hotel that they did Not charge any pet fees.

We called the Best Western Plus hotel in Little Rock prior to making our reservation and were told that they do not charge any fees for pets. After arriving at the hotel, we were told that their policy is to charge a $30 per pet fee.

Collide to interstate

It smelled bad. Room was dirty.

Very clean place with friendly staff and well lit parking. Good breakfast with attendant on duty making sure everything is just right

Nothing at all. Will stay here again.

We we're impressed with the kindness and courtesy that hotel employee showered us with when we arrived, after driving ten hours, and the next morning when we checked out. A special thank you to dinning hostess! She is exceptional!

Breakfast was poor. Nobody was there to make eggs as advertised.other hot food did not look appealing.

Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Nice variety of hot breakfast foods. The little store by the front desk offered lots of snacks, drinks, and microwave meals. Kept the fan running all night and didn¿t hear any outside noise. Comfy beds.

We felt safe in the hotel, but the area was scary at night.

Water was flooding our bathroom and maintenance was Very RUDE as we tried to tell them the Problem, so when it happened again we videoed it for it was happening periodically. We also encountered a Roach Bug as I opened the closet door to retrieve the iron

Location is good. Right off of I-40 while driving through.

My room was so spacious and very clean. The TV had a nice picture quality

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and coffee. They accept dogs, but $30 per dog per day is a little excessive imo.

Construction was going on during our stay but was not a horrible nuisance for us. However, with only 1 elevator for guests, staff, and construction crews, the wait was often too long.

This is an excellent hotel. Clean without the commercial cleaner smell that most hotels have. The staff was perfectly professional and extremely helpful. Miss Loretta was the highlight of the morning.

Parking isn't the best and the mattress could have been a little more comfortable

We have stayed here many times. Pool was heated almost like a hot tub and was enjoyable for our family while it was cold outside. Access is right off I-40

It is difficult to get back on the highway easily from this hotel. First room had people smoking across from us, moved to first floor with lots of noise. Was not a restful night during our travels

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Love the mini fridge for storing drinks etc

The hot water ran so slow, it took a hour to fill the bathtub.
